Hello Folks!
Tomorrow at Shadowland Lancaster things get Steamy and I'm not talking about the air-conditioning.... that problems solved ;P
No, what I am talking about is The Steamwerk Ball!
A Steampunk/ Neo-Victorian themed party ( just in the case if you are unfamiliar with the term, check it out on Wikipedia or Google.
Obviously, we are encouraging people to dress up in their most awesome Steampunk Attire, but please don't feel left out if you're not dressing up in the theme, everyone IS WELCOME to this event! In other words, this is still the Shadowland Lancaster Club Night.
Somethings you should know about:
There is a costume contest with a Prize for the Best Male and Female Costumes! The Judging will begin at 11:30 PM!
There will be Door Prizes given out through the course of the night!
We will have Vendors!
We open at 9 pm, you may want to show up early, just to be safe. Rumor has it that we are going to be packed!
This Event is Still $5.00!!!!!!!!! You can't beat that.

On July 8th The Chameleon Club in Lancaster Pennsylvania will host Peter Murphy! There is not a Philadelphia stop this time around.

First of all, my apologies for getting the set list out a week late. I was a bit overloaded with my day job this week.
This month it was me, Dave Ghoul and special guest DJ Poe on the decks.
I was a bit worried that we would be running a bit light with Fairy Festival going on at the same time and losing some people to that event. As it turns out, we had a lot of new faces on the dance floor! The official count was 110 people! The energy was high all night and it was reflected in our sets.....

Thank you to DJ Poe for not only a kick-ass set, but also making the trek from Southern Maryland.

I did make a special announcement on Saturday... We Will Be Open JULY 4th!
But I wanted to do something a bit different. I've been wanting to do a Themed Ball of sorts for a while now and I figured that since we got the 4th of July holiday to be open I thought that it was the perfect time.
July 4th will be "SHADOWLAND LANCASTER PRESENTS, THE STEAMWERK BALL", a steampunk themed event. Costumed Attire is heavily suggested but not mandatory of course. To encourage you to dress up there will be prizes for the best Steampunk outfits.... btw, this event is still a work in progress and I'll keep you updated through the normal outlets.
