We've invested in serious equipment because we believe in doing things right. If you need to stop rust now, we are ready to help.

It’s important to consider that your paint job is only as good as the surface preparation of the metal being painted. Media blasting is a fast, efficient, affordable and safe way to completely strip paint, body filler, grime and most importantly, rust from your car in order to provide a clean palette for coating.

We are car people and know how to treat metal. Finding a lack of local resources in DFW to accommodate our own needs for blasting, we’ve been doing it in-house for some time now at the shop and have been fortunate enough to be able to enhance our setup with some major equipment upgrades.

Blasting cars and parts ourselves allows us to help out the do-it-yourself-er as well as warranty the paint we do since we know exactly what we are working with. We use fine-particle garnet & aluminum oxide media (not heavy coal slag or sand) so there are no chemicals or harmful particulate matter.

Our large blast room can handle any size car you can bring; our professional equipment and low psi/high volume blasting technique, with an expert understanding of metal behavior, ensures damage-free results. We also offer auto twirler hook-up to reach every nook.

Once blasted, we will thoroughly air blast to remove any remaining grit. Our complete paint shop can then apply any type of primer/epoxy you want to prevent new rust. Want to take the next step? We've done hundreds of panel replacements and are not scared of major surgeries to simple patch panels. We also offer award-winning paint jobs using our PPG mixing rack.

Conveniently located minutes from 190 / Bush Tollway, 75 / Central Expy, and Hwy 30

Contact us at 972-442-9793, send a message or email, or stop by today to get scheduled in...

A quick note on soda blasting: Many people suggest using soda blasting as an alternative to media blasting. We distance ourselves from soda due to the fact that it leaves a caustic residue that can cause problems in the paint down the road. While it may remove paint, primer and clean up light surface rust, soda WILL NOT REMOVE the heavy rust and plastic body filler present on most auto restoration projects, again leaving your car vulnerable to future paint problems. Read the Southern Polyurethanes epoxy tech sheet for where they warn explicitly against soda blasting under primer: http://www.southernpolyurethanes.com/Tech%20Sheets.htm (click "Epoxy Primer") - remember, a problem in the first stage of your restoration can rear its ugly head later in terms of headache, time and money. Stick with media blasting and save yourself the worry.

It’s only been a couple of years since we outgrew our last shop, and we are pleased to announce the acquisition of 4,200 sq. ft. of neighboring space, giving us some room to stretch out and better organize the place. Starting with the relocation of our office into the new area, we will follow with departmentalizing the shop to separate blasting and bodywork from sheet metal, mechanical and finish-out.

Our goal is to optimize workflow and provide better service to our customers. Having two divisions will create better efficiency in terms of moving things around, but it will also allow us to operate at full speed without worry of bodywork fallout interfering with clean processes like fabrication. Time is money - so saving one saves the other!

NTC is also now able to offer regular maintenance such as oil changes and check-ups, with an air-conditioned waiting area for customers to escape the Texas heat and shop noise. We welcome you to stop by and check out the changes; sign up for our new services or help fill in the new space with your project!
