"Remember how in first grade little boys would chase little girls around the playground, but whenever they'd catch one they'd get all confused and embarassed and wouldn't know what to do with them? That's basically my love life." - Don Hertzfeldt

Haha, one of my friends talked some sense into me today.

You'll probably never read this, and if you do, you might not even recognize that I'm talking to you, but I just wanted to let you know that you're not only one swell girl, but you probably just averted me from potential self-inflicted heartbreak.  That, or you talked me out of being gutsy and taking risks that could potentially change my life.  I'll take the former over the latter, though.

More on this later; I have some studying to do.

So I turn twenty in less than a month.

For the longest time I never had a problem with my age.  I always liked being where I was and never had a problem with it.  Nowadays half of me wants to cherish my youth and the other half of me wants to allow myself to grow up more.  I feel like I'm trying to ride two horses at once (oh hello, Gilded Age/Populist Party reference).

And to think, this whole school of thought wouldn't have started if I didn't take a couple of things out of context.  Bah, people leave more of an influence on me than they realize.

Current mood:Omg WTF?
YOU THINK WITH A XANGA AND A LIVEJOURNAL I'D BE FULL UP WITH BLOGGING, AM I RITE?!? Well, no. :) Finals tomorrow and Tuesday, then I'm done for the year. Corey wants me to hop on a train to Worcester so he can pick me up and we can chill with Rich Li in Tolland, but I have some stuff to get done here (like my Marsh Chapel Choir credit hours... D:) I got 7 new Single-Digit Great scores in one night, and three 7 Greats's in a row when I went to go play the other night with Sumeet, Shannon, Rich, Rob, Joe P., Duck, and anyone else who was there and stuff. MATHEMATICAL NUMBERS LIKE WOW! Love Shine - FIVE! I hate this song. Mobo Moga - NINE, Extra Stage, brings back the old days of when Chris and I used to play DancemaniaX on WILD and pwn this song xD Hysteria - NINE, SO HYSTERICAL THAT THEY'RE THE WRONG NOTES. It took me forever and a day not to "swing" this song. B4U - SIX, and I've been trying so long for this one. Senorita - SEVEN, because THIRTEEN wasn't good enough. Last Message - SEVEN, FINALLY, for SDG NUMBER 50, *does Para Para gun pose from the end of the IIDX video* I had such a hard time with this song cause it was so stop and go D: Broken My Heart - SEVEN... I was totally stuck at ELEVEN on this one for the longest time... one Paula Terry song down, one to go... only because Jim and Corey are obsessed with PAULA TERRY D: DDR makes me happy, and I'm slowly starting to warm to 10 footers. :) Oh posted a new pic on MySpace, definitely not so flattering cause I'm weird like that. xD OH, and Tatyana is the best because she dragged me to the Copley Galleria yesterday. We went to Victoria's Secret and she bought me a pair of cute hotpants with lace. So kawaii. We were jumping up and down in the dressing room prancing around with two pairs of underwear on apiece...
