I got the email today from the Nashville Songwriter Association that after sending them my new song "Seventeen" for a professional evaluation, that they felt it was good enough to be played at the quarterly publisher's luncheon in Nashville. I should know by june if it passes the next cut and is selected to be actually pitched in Nashville on the market. So keep your fingers crossed for me. God bless evaluator #89 for giving me the input to rewrite it and get it pitched.
The last two songs i had "Mississippi Rain" and "21 at Normandy" didnt make it through the final round to be pitched to artists. I have a good feeling for this new song though.
give it a listen if you haven't done so already and let me know what you think.
see ya in the round.....
