After nearly five years hosting some of the most incendiary parties in Belfast, Funkasaurus in The Basement Bar is coming to an end. We would wholeheartedly like to thank all the DJs who have played for us and all the punters who have graced our dance floor. We have loved every minute of it and hope to see you all at our farewell party on Saturday April 12th. We want to make it the biggest and best send off possible playing five hours of all the tunes that have made the foundations rumble and sweat drip from the ceiling! We hope to see you all there!!

We have recently uploaded two brand new tracks to our player!!

First a new collaboration with one of our fave current breaks producers Strider called Domino and next a brand new house flavoured tune from ourselves called Atom Seed.

We are over the moon to announce that Bomb #19 will be coming out on Bryan Jones Control Digital label based in Chicago. Bryan first came to our attention as one half of house duo High Caliber and we've been playing both their tracks and his solo stuff for a number of years so are well chuffed that our tunes will be sitting alongside some Basement classics!!

Hello and welcome to the first blog of 2007!!

Weve got loads planned this year and were kicking things off in style with the anouncement of a new resident in the shape of Tim Reid.

Tim played a number of cracking warm ups and co-headlines with us through 2006 and will be joining us for his first solo headline slot on Feb 10th.

Tim has also just completed a new mix for us which we will be hosting here exclusively in the next few days.

Also our new website will be hopefully up and running by the end of the week and it looks positively marvellous, if we do say so ourselves!
