FREE MONEY! is an EP of demos we put together to let you know we're serious about getting music to you, by any means necessary, and we wanted to startwww.themudkids.com with something cool and homey for the friends and fans.

All the tracks were recorded and mixed-down on Garageband (hey, they're demos!) by myself. There have been a few times when we've let you into the recording process a bit and this is another one. At some point, we may go into a real studio and record these in earnest. I did wanna let you hear some of the stuff we have on deck and in the crates, though!

Tonight, we return to one of Indy's coolest spots for our first show at home in a while. We'll be playing a lotta your Muddy Favorites, as well as a few unreleased tunes. It looks to be an exciting night. We'll be jamming with MIDWEST HYPE at a few points in the evening too.

Hey, y'all...been a minute...well, at least here.

I just was listening to our new EP again and am so very happy with the results. What I am most happy about though is that you guys have been there and are still there wnating to hear this stuff. As much as I enjoy making the Music, it wouldn't be nearly as fun if I didn't have you to bounce this stuff off of, so thanks for hanging with us.

I know I am a happier person when I am making our Music. I know that it gives my life a sense of purpose that nothing else does. I'll always be doing this one way or the other. I really see no reason to stop. I gauge my success and my failures; I don't need anyone to tell me. This is art, this is my legacy, this is my purpose. This is what I do. I can't let anything taint the work I have put in to be the person I am.

I just wanted to thank all of you that have been listening, those of you that are just starting to listen, and anyone who has ever taken the time to tell me that the MUDKIDS moved them in any way. I know I don't get over here to this page much, but I am online somewhere every day and if you ever wanna holla at me, you can...
