The Day America Fell : Oct 2nd 2006

 Legislation passed in the US destroys the bill of rights, Watch what has many informed americans ready to abandon the country. The  Execuitive Branch moves for and takes total control. It makes the President absoloute dictator. It states no judges can interfere against decisions taken by the president in times of war. Many Americans from listening to talk radio, reading the blogs and forums are going crazy they are furious they believe the Government is going rouge and that the founding fathers warned against the government going rouge. Alternative media are saying that Mainstream media are playing it down and spinning this. The Mark Foley scandel blew up at the exact time the legislation was being put through congress.  Not only this, the President & the Bush Administration are exempted from the prosecution of war crimes RETROACTIVELY to 9/11.  Why would they pass this unless if they KNEW they were already committing war crimes>?

Section 950J subsection B;

below is a direct quote from the bill,

"no court, justice, or judge shall have jurisdiction to hear or consider any claim or cause of action whatsoever, including any action pending on or filed after the date of the enactment of the Military Commissions Act of 2006, relating to the prosecution, trial, or judgment of a military commission under this chapter, including challenges to the lawfulness of procedures of military commissions under this chapter."



The language and words used by the administration in the legislation are used to mislead and confuse normal people. They said the Patriot Act wouldn't be used on American citizens and we now know of 100's if not thousands of incidents docemented where the Patriot Act has been used. They claim this new legislation is not for american citizens but what they do is if you are a legal american citizen say your country of birth was not america the administration will strip you of your legal citizenship on the word of the executive can deem you an enemy combatant. This takes away all rights under the US Constitution , no due process, no right to a jury, you get tried in secret and you cannot see the evidence that your being charged with. While you are in detention you are guily until your proved innocent.

This has grave implications for the future of the america and its citizens.
