i was heading south on sante fe from 106th towards college blvd after work on monday at about 420 when i noticed the driver of a van looking south as he was inching forward to sante fe (pulling out of ups) so i started pressing both my front and rear brakes but he never looked in my direction before pulling out! i pulled harder on my brakes and my bike went down!! from this point i just remember the feeling of having the wind knocked out of me and taking of my helmet and laying down still trying to breathe! there were helpful people around immediately , a couple of nurse's actually, i love nurse's! ( my woman is in nursing school). then they started asking questions, one of which was: "do you know if you were ran over."  "i dont think so" was my response then i was asked if i passed out, with the same response. then i was told " witnesses saw the van hit you!" wow! i was thinking, i dont remember that! so i story we have from witness's  is that when the bike went down i tumbled a few times and went airborne upside down and backwards when the van hit me! so i am going to skip a little here and just let you know i am doing all i can to recover, i am extremely sore with fortunately not a whole lot of road rash! a cracked vertebrate, and internal bruising throughout all of my abdomen, chest and back ! my whole body is aching! but it could have been worse! there are a lot of faithful people around me, i will let you take that how ever you want everyone has their own view!!  well back to sleep for me know!! thank you all! and remember to wear the proper riding gear, this could have been a totally different story! audios! josh 

so friday i checked out the metal wars final. all the bands kicked ass! went home and started cleaning and moving stuff around! woke up the next morning at 7 am, tookk a shower, and went to a hot yoga class! no shit, that kicks your ass! came home and continued cleaning. then had savitar rehearsal, then the pixel panda came over and we had our rehearsal practice as well. took a shower and went directly to stomp! that was cool! came home, then went and picked up the keggs. came home, back lined my side stage finished the cleaning and setting up the kegs. and then every one was already showing up, so i started to get savitar set up. johandy and brent( both of and so it was written) played with us, brent filling in for our recently departed eric. and johandy playing percussion. those two are awesome!! so savitar played and so so rockingly!! next i set up sound for my only danger!! if you didnt get to see them, do, they are supper talented!! and they rocked the house! then, the pixel panda was setting up but while we were, we had bill, aka coolaid! threw down some hip hop tracks and had the crowd in ohhs ans ahhs!! after he was done, the pixel panda come on and went crazy! this was my first show with them and i had a lot of fun! we are going to be going on tour from april to june!!! so if you are reading this out side of kc check out are myspace for tour dates!!! then the reason i threw the party, and so it was written! there singer is heading for the the army, but he was not able to come. but those  guys are looking for a vocalist so if you scream or sing in any way you should get hold of them!! they kick ass!! check out all of these bands myspaces!! so arter they were done it took till 330 before my house was almost empty so i picked up a little with the help of a few great people! jess of antigravity photography and a couple other close friends!! get to bed around 4 or so and wake up at 8 45 and got to the studio with johandy. so we some drum tracks laid down and then we got started to get some guitar tracks aswell. by the time we leave its 5. so now we head home take the keggs back and then eat some pizza. now the fun begins!!!  we start to really clean the house! geez the place was alot dirtier then the last party. by the way for future rreference NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE!!!!!  any way we (the roommates) will be posting some pics up for you all!! thank you for coming! it was a bad ass evening!!  also thank you especially to cat, ryan and malcome for donning the cup handeling!!!!
