OMG... that was the most fun I have ever had on a camping trip!!
I went to Nancy Lake with my husband, the company he works for hosts a camping trip almost every summer.
A couple of guys brought their speed boats and we went tubing, water boarding, and water skiing. There were mokais, kayaks, all sorts of water toys..... too much beer according to the host . Ive heard of being worried about not having enough, but too much.... we all got a good laugh outta that. John Todd is so funny.
When I was on the Tube, I was tossed off of it hard a couple of time, but I was a asking for it. The first HARD wipe out was bad... I was on my knees holding the ropes yelling "u can do better than that!!" 2 min later, I was flying off the tube and skipped across the water twice on my ass, when I stopped I was under the water, and my suit went all the way up my crack... when I got back on the boat I realized that my top fell off, THANK GOD for life vest!!
Later we all sat around the camp fire making smores and drinking beer. Me and another lady found some ripe blue berry's, I know in the beginning of July. Its just been very warm lately
When I woke up the next morning I couldn't move my left thumb very much, I think I sprained it when I was tubing. But you cant play with out paying.....

http://www.blogthings.com/whatroledoyouplayinthewo... You are a naturally good counselor. You are inspiring, encouraging, and compassionate. You are eager to help everyone who crosses your path, even those who don't want to be helped.
You are a natural healer. People feel at peace when they are with you. You are so good for people, in fact, that they go through withdrawal once you're gone.
You quietly do your own thing, without openly resisting. You secretly try to fix every problem. Your biggest regret is not being able to help as many people as you'd like. What Role Do You Play?
You Are the Guru

http://www.blogthings.com/howshouldyougetfitquiz/ You often find exercise to be mundane and too routine. You need to be continually challenged and pushed.
Try exercise that has a potentially competitive element - like running or weightlifting. You also may like taking on a partner in a fast paced sport like tennis or racquetball. How Should You Get Fit?

http://www.blogthings.com/areyouinlovequiz/ It's love, but it's definitely not ideal. Your relationship brings a lot of heartache too. On an average day, you are happy and content with your partner. But there are a lot of problems under the surface.
Maybe your relationship has a lot of baggage. Or maybe you don't communicate with each other as well as you could. Either way, you both have a bit of resentment toward one another... whether you'll admit it or not.
You can get the love you want. It may be possible in this relationship, but there are no guarantees. Do your best to listen more, communicate better, and compromise as much as you can. Give it your best before you give up. Are You in Love?
Your Love Score Is: 65

I don't wanna be the girl who laughs the loudest Or the girl who never wants to be alone I don't wanna be that call at four o'clock in the mornin' 'Cause I'm the only one you know in the world that won't be home
Ah, the sun is blindin' I stayed up again Oh, I am findin' That's not the way I want my story to end
I'm safe up high, nothing can touch me But why do I feel this party's over? No pain inside, you're my protection But how do I feel this good sober?
I don't wanna be the girl that has to fill the silence The quiet scares me 'cause it screams the truth Please don't tell me that we had that conversation 'Cause I won't remember, save your breath 'Cause what's the use?
Ahhhhhh, the night is callin' And it whispers to me softly, "Come and play" But I, I am fallin' And if I let myself go I'm the only one to blame
I'm safe up high, nothing can touch me But why do I feel this party's over? No pain inside, you're like perfection But how do I feel this good sober?
Comin' down, comin' down, comin' down Spinnin' 'round, spinnin' 'round, spinnin' 'round I'm lookin' for myself, sober
Comin' down, comin' down, comin' down Spinnin' 'round, spinnin' 'round, spinnin' 'round Lookin' for myself, sober
When it's good, then it's good, it's so good 'til it goes bad 'Til you're trying to find the you that you once had I have heard myself cry 'never again' Broken down in agony, just tryin' find a friend, oh, oh
I'm safe up high, nothing can touch me But why do I feel this party's over? No pain inside, you're like perfection But how do I feel this good sober?
I'm safe up high, nothing can touch me But why do I feel this party's over? No pain inside, you're like perfection But how do I feel this good sober?

Well, my knees have really tossed me for a loop. I read that running and jogging is one of the most harmful activity's that a person with bad knees can do. But my knees love it! As most of my friends know I has surgery on my left knee in 02 and the problems have gone on since my childhood. But in the last 4 years my right knee has been giving me trouble, big trouble. Now to the point I am thinking I might need surgery again. ALTHOUGH... when I jog, my knees are less irritable. I didn't jog at all this weekend and my knee gave me HELL! All weekend my knees ached. It was driving me mad! Then on Monday they decided to make me cry. So out I ventured into the morning to jog(heating pads work wonders). Now my knees are a little sore, but not bad like yesterday. So I proved that theory right out the window. Jogging is not bad for knees, it it very good for them, or for mine anyway. But then again I have arthritis in my left knee, and discoid meniscus in the right. Besides don't they say that exercise is the best medicinal treatment for arthritis?

I started taking this over the counter weight loss drug, Relacore. Marketed for the loss of belly fat, mid-day fatigue, improve mood, reduce mild anxiety and stress.
I have to say that it has curbed my appetite and my anxiety is practically gone and am less stressed. And with my energy levels now a lot higher, it will be easier to be more active.
I'll keep you posted if it has helped with the weight, but for now I will take it just for the mood elevation.

Yesterday I got to go see Annie at the Performing Arts Center. I got to say the Broadway production is a little different, but well worth the money. Yhere were acts and songs that are not in the movie and was pleasantly surprised to see them. The audio was a little loud, but tolerable. The young actress who played Annie, as she was singing and dancing the I Don't Need Anyone But you" song with Daddy Worbucks her left shoe came off. I got to say she handled it very well. As it came to an end and they were taking their bows they got a standing ovation, they deserved it. Miss Hannigan was my favorite, she put a funny spin on the character. I was a little disappointing that Sandy was only in like 3-4 acts. But the mutt that played him was so adorable. The whole audience awed. I took my oldest son with me, he just loved it as well. Later this year I'm going to go and try to see The Wizard of OZ.
