We are working on a new EP!  It will be both very similar and very different from "killing"! :)   The concept will again be emotional songs, both hard ones, and soft ones. Music to make you feel, how you feel. And, to make you feel that you can feel what you want to feel, if you first just take time to feel what you really feel!

The rest of the first batch will go to labels and then the EP will become available for purchase at www.the-void.se during the summer.

Now I feel like an empty shell...so.. its time for the next EP :)!

Hi everyone!

The EP is finally beeing mastered, and will be available within about 2-3 weeks!

Gonna spend hopefully the last evening mixing for the EP =)
Not that it isnt fun, but it takes it toll on sanity sitting 6 hours in a row,
3 evenings in a row listening to the same song over and over again! ;)
The result is usually pure hate for the song in question but luckily enough I have
fans to remind me that they are not so bad afterall!

Per will put some lovely Rickenbacker bass on the number one song on the EP, on sunday.
Then the last songs are ready for mastering, feels unreal that its taken this long.
But I want this EP to sound exactly as I picture it in my head and it takes a lot of energy,time
and development for the music to mature to the point when it speak for themselves. When all thats in my head has been translated into a 44.1khz 16 bit wavfile.

Anyway, soon this EP will be out and now when the songs are finally recorded, I can finally let
them go and start writing new ones and finish the ones in progress.
I guess this EP will be my own personal monument of a time of turmoil and passion.
The world is looking better now, to my eyes.
The new songs will be full of passion and energy!
And...full of dreams.

The VOID is a journey of pain ,lust, love, a bit more pain, joy,friendship and despair, and lust. You may critisize me for beeing weird and inconsistence in my sound but it only reflects the world around us, which is in my view pretty weird and inconsistent.

If I sound happy on monday and sad on sunday, it is because my time is made up of mondays and sundays and I simply dont give a fuck about if you want a band to sound the same all the time or not.

Henrik likes animals because they are honest in their ways, looks funny and may have fur. He is very passionate,and social,but is a bit weird inside sometimes. But then again so is a tomato, with all those small greenish slimey things. But I think they are tasty, even if they feel strange in the mouth. Strangeness in a good way is often better than non-strangeness in a good way, because non-strangeness is obvious and there are so many things that is obvious anyhow!

Please note that while I do care a lot about the world around us, especially about the misfortunate and those in pain,(and the producers of italian food) this music is for me, it is not made for pleasing others. Any direct or indirect pleasing is purely accidental.
