It is a serious growing problem in the Florida Everglades.
Burmese pythons, many 10 feet long, multiplying in great numbers. The problem is that these snakes are not even native to the Everglades.
They were likley dumped here by the pet trade. Pictures of pythons killing alligators and other native species have been turning up each year. Wildlife biologists are trying to figure out to get rid of these predators.
Meteorologist Randy Rauch takes you into the Everglades to show you where these burmese pythons are hiding.
