WORLD OF WONDER ANNOUNCES "JUST BRITNEY vs. GOLDEN GALS GONE WILD"
GROUP ART SHOW

Exhibition to showcase Britney Spears and Golden Girls inspired art

Los Angeles, Oct 30, 2007 – Backed by international rave reviews,
World of Wonder Productions founders Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato
announced today an amalgamation of their previous group art shows
"JUST BRITNEY vs. THE GOLDEN GALS GONE WILD" at WOW's storefront
gallery in the historic Shane Building on Hollywood Boulevard. Co-
curated by Steven Corfe, Thairin Smothers, and Lenora Claire, the
show is a head-to-head showdown of the two hottest, splashiest, most
celebrity-filled and controversial art shows that occured in Los
Angeles this year.

The JUST BRITNEY half of the show features both new, never-been-seen
works, in addition to revisiting the existing works of over 30
artists who were inspired by pop princess Britney Spears, and who
partook in the runaway smash hit group show earlier this year. The
show's debut made international headlines on MTV and FOX news, and
was reviewed in The New York Times, The Times of India, and US
Weekly. Artists variously took inspiration from the singer's early
untarnished bubblegum-pop years, or from Spear's shaven-headed,
crotch-flashing meltdown. The show represents that whole spectrum of
everyone's favorite tabloid trainwreck. Celebrity attendees during
the show's initial run included Vincent Gallo, Alan Cumming, and
"Leave Britney Alone" guy Chris Crocker.

earlier this year here:

The GOLDEN GALS GONE WILD half of the show also features new, unseen
works, as well as Lenora Claire's established collection of Golden
Girls-inspired erotica, from the equally successful show that debuted
earlier this summer. Featuring nude portraits of Bea Arthur, Rue
McClanahan, Betty White and Estelle Getty, the GOLDEN GALS GONE WILD
show features all the liver-spotted bazooms you could want from a
piece of art. The show bowed to a flurry of press in August, ruffling
feathers in GLOBE tabloid and on TMZ, and is back by popular demand
for it's second showing this year. Celebrity attendees during the
show's initial run included Giovanni Ribisi.

Current mood:I need a vacation where I can feel tall
I've had people from various places express interest about me bringing the show to their town and I can't wait to do just that, but I'd *really* love to take the show to Tokyo. If anyone has any gallery connections or other types of leads I'd really appreciate it.

Just click on Bluff the Listener for a six minutes of hilarity. Such an honor to be on the same show as Phyllis Diller.
