heute möchten wir Euch mit den heissesten News für das kommende Fullmoon Festival vom 22. bis 27. Juli 2010 sowie den News für unser Silvester Joint@Venture "Odyssee" versorgen.

FULLMOON FESTIVAL 2010

Momentan arbeiten wir mit unseren Rechtsverdrehern daran, die Campinggenehmigung für die Airbase Wittstock zu bekommen. Im Falle, dass es dabei zu Problemen kommen sollte, haben wir 2 Ausweich-Locations. Also wird das Festival im nächsten Jahr definitiv stattfinden, dann aber nur noch im 2 jährigen Rhythmus, damit wieder mehr Zeit bleibt um die Batterien neu aufzuladen, Kräfte zu bündeln, neue Ideen und Konzepte zu entwickeln und natürlich auch mehr Zeit um neue gute Künstler zu finden.
Die Camping Area wird vom 21.07. bis zum 28.07. geöffnet sein. Die Musik wird vom 22. 07. 24:00 Uhr bis zum  27.07. 00:00 Uhr zu laufen. Für alle internationalen Gäste: Das Festival wird wieder in der Nähe von Berlin stattfinden, also gilt Berlin weiterhin als Anlaufpunkt und Einflugschneise !

Wir sind gerade dabei, den Online-Ticketvorverkauf an den Start zu bringen und werden einen speziellen Newsletter mit allen Details und Informationen rausschicken, sobald alles problemlos läuft.
Die Künstlerbuchungen laufen gerade auf Hochtouren und wir hoffen, die ersten Ergebnisse Ende Dezember noch pünktlich vor dem neuen Jahr zu präsentieren. Weiterhin haben wir Neuigkeiten bezüglich des Dark Floors: Für das kommende Festival arbeiten wir mit dem dänischen Label Parvati Records zusammen, die bei uns ihr 10jähriges Bestehen feiern und mit uns den Fullmoon Festival 2010 Dark Floor organisieren. So werden wir jede Menge Musik vom Dark und Underground-Style dabei haben um euch wegzukicken :)
Nun, nach knapp 1,5 Jahren sind wir sehr energiegeladen und können es kaum erwarten, wieder aufs Festivalgelände zu ziehen um die grossen Tanzkkreise zu kreieren.

An dieser Stelle wollen wir noch alle Traveller darauf hinweisen, dass das Antaris Project genau eine  Woche vor dem Fullmoon-Festival und die VuuV Experience eine Woche nach dem FMF stattfinden. Es macht also definitiv Sinn einige Tage nach Deutschland zu kommen.
Ein grosses Dankeschön an die Antaris für die Verschiebung des Termins !

ODYSSEE 2010 Silvester @ Münze Berlin

ODYSSEE 2010 - ein neues Joint@Venture zwischen den Berliner Party Crews wie Freiwild, Wilder Klee und der Fullmoon Festival Crew steht in den Startlöchern. Die erstmalige Zusammenarbeit im vergangenen Jahr im Berliner Tacheles zeigte für Berlin neue Möglichkeiten auf und war dementsprechend fruchtbar. In einer NEUEN LOCATION vom Allerfeinsten laden wir dieses Jahr vom 31.12. bis zum 02.01. zum 8. Mal zur Silvester ODDYSSEE in die Hauptstadt. today we wanna feed you with the latest news around the next years FULLMOON-FESTIVAL from 22 - 27 of july and with news about our New Years Eve collaboration "ODYSSEE".

FULLMOON FESTIVAL 2010

For now we still work to get the camping permission for the Wittstock Airbase and in case that we get problems, we still have 2 alternative locations. So we will definitely run the festival in 2010, but as it seems we will run the FMF only every second year, cause then we have way more time to rest and to recharge, to develop new ideas and concepts and also to find new good artists....
We will open the camping area at 21st of July and close at 28th - The music will run from 22nd of July 00 AM until 26th july 12 PM. For For all  international guests: as in the previous years the festival will take place near Berlin, so the main city to fly in is BERLIN !

At the moment we are preparing the online ticket presale and as soon as its finished we will send a special newsletter with all details and information. Also we are in the middle of  live acts booking and we hope to present the first results at the end of december right before New Year... Also we have news regarding our dark stage: For the upcoming edition we will work with the well known danish label Parvati Records which will celebrate his 10th birthday next year and which will prepare with us the Fullmoon-Festival Dark stage 2010. So we will have lots of dark and underground music which will blow your mind away...
Be prepared for another groundbreaking line up with only the best trance music available. Now after 1,5 years we are excited again and can´t wait to move to the countryside.

At this point we wanna inform all the travellers, that the Antaris Project will happen right 1 week before Fullmoon-Festival and the VuuV Experience 1 week after the FMF. So it definitely make sense to come over and stay some days in germany...A BIG Thanxx to Antaris for moving the date !

ODYSSEE 2010 new years eve @ Münze Berlin

ODYSSEE 2010 - the Joint@Venture between the Berlin-based Crews of Freiwild, Fullmoon Festival and Wilder Klee reloaded the cooperation for another great Odyssee project, which last year started nicely and fruitfully and which was one of the most interesting and groundbreaking events ever in Berlin. We are happy to welcome you in a new and perfect sophisticated location in the center of Berlin - the "MÜNZE BERLIN". It will be the 8th Odyssee in the Capitol, starting December, 31st 10 PM and runs till January 2nd 2010 around noon.
Close to Berlin Alexanderplatz, right beside the well known "Berlin television tower " behind the city hall and opposite of the old Townhouse our new location ‘MÜNZE’ is located in the deep heart of Berlin and offers 4 really big Floors for all different Styles! Hello Fullmoon Freax !

Unfortunately we have bad news for all of you.

With broken hearts we have to cancel the Fullmoon-Festival 2009.
Since months we work with full power at the preparations for this years festival, but since we didn’t got solid information we couldn..t provide you news in the usual complexity as you know it from the other years. That gets on our nerves, same as yours.

As we told you all permissions from Wittstock are ready to go, but this permissions are connected to the main permission from the environmental authority of Brandenburg. Since May 1st the responsibility for giving that permission has changed from the environmental authority of Prignitz to the environmental authority of Brandenburg. That’s why we couldn’t get this permission before April 30th . So the new authority earliest starts working with the new law coming into effect at May 1st.  For a permission new ornithological expertises and expert reports from different associations and institutions are needed, which would take at least 8 weeks. Our lawyers are forecasting good chances for getting the permissions, but end of June we would earliest get the approve.

The risk for YOU and US would be way too big in this case. In the last years there were many negative examples where festivals got cancelled by police when everything was built up and guests entered the festival sites – we don’t want something like that here. That’s why we switched the the start of the ticket presale from day to day. It’s not acceptable for us to sell tickets before the basic conditions are not 100% safe. That’s why we have no other choice but to cancel the FMF 2009.

We will not withdraw the applications but we will change it into 2010. If the authorities will not change we have a good chance to get all permissions until autumn 2009. So we will be back with full power when having the permissions end of the year. Next year’s july fullmoon will be at 26th. So the Fullmoon-Festival will take place from 22nd – 27th July 2010. The mayor and the city of Wittstock are welcoming us also in 2010 and want to give us best support.

Leider haben wir diesmal traurige Neuigkeiten für Euch.

Wir müssen  das FULLMOON FESTIVAL 2009 schweren Herzens absagen. Seit Monaten arbeiten wir mit Hochdruck an der Vorbereitung des Festivals. Da wir selber keine stichhaltigen Informationen bekommen haben und immer wieder Unklarheit in einigen Punkten herrschte, konnten wir Euch leider dieses Jahr auch nicht im gewohnten Umfang mit Neuigkeiten versorgen.
Das rüttelt natürlich an unseren Nerven genauso wie an Euren.

Wie wir schon bereits sagten, liegen alle Genehmigungen seitens der Stadt Wittstock bereit, doch sind diese an die Hauptgenehmigungen von der Umweltbehörde gekoppelt.

Zum 1. Mai 2009 haben sich die Zuständigkeiten zur Erteilung der Hauptgenehmigung für das Festival durch eine Gesetzesänderung von der Kreis- zur Landesumweltbehörde verschoben. So konnte die vorher zuständige Behörde keine Genehmigung erteilen, da diese keinen Bestand hätte und die jetzt zuständige Behörde erst mit Inkrafttreten der neuen Gesetze tätig werden. 

Hierfür werden Gutachten und Aussagen von verschiedenen Verbänden und Institutionen benötigt, die in einem längerfristigen Genehmigungsverfahren (ca. 8 Wochen) geprüft werden müssen. Unsere Anwälte sehen grundsätzlich gute Chancen für die Erteilung dieser Genehmigung, aber die Zeit ist aufgrund des Zuständigkeitswechsels in diesem Jahr einfach zu knapp.
Dieser unglückliche Umstand führt dazu, dass wir erst Ende Juni wissen würden, ob die Hauptgenehmigung erteilt wird oder nicht.

Dieses Risiko können wir Euch und uns nicht zumuten. Gerade in den letzten Jahren gab es viele negative Beispiele bei Festivals die "überraschend" (nicht) abgesagt wurden. Viele Besucher erfuhren erst durch Einsatzkräfte der Polizei auf oder vor dem Veranstaltungsgelände, dass sie nicht willkommen sind und die Veranstaltung nicht stattfinden wird.
Das ist nicht unsere Art zu arbeiten!

Daher hatten wir den Start des Ticketvorverkaufs auch immer wieder verschoben. Es ist für uns einfach nicht akzeptabel, Euch Tickets zu verkaufen, wenn die Rahmenbedingungen nicht 100%ig sicher sind. Eine 80%ige Chance, dass es die Genehmigung am Ende auch gibt, ist uns einfach zu gering, so dass wir einfach keine andere Wahl mehr haben, als das FMF 2009 abzusagen.

Wir werden aber unsere Anträge nicht  zurückziehen sondern auf 2010 umschreiben lassen. Da alle Behörden bereits daran arbeiten und sich die Zuständigkeiten ja hoffentlich nicht wieder ändern, sollten sie kein Problem haben, uns bis zum Herbst 2009 alle Genehmigungen zu erteilen, so dass wir uns sehr sicher zum Ende des Jahres mit voller Kraft und den Genehmigungen in der Tasche bei Euch zurückmelden! Der Vollmond wird nächstes Jahr am 26. Juli aufgehen, also werden wir mit Euch vom 22.07. bis zum 27.07.2010 das nächste FULLMOON FESTIVAL feiern. Der Bürgermeister und die Stadt Wittstock heißen uns auch 2010 wieder Willkommen und haben uns jegliche Unterstützung zugesichert.

Trotzdem wünschen wir noch allen Tanzwütigen einen spaßreichen Partysommer mit viel Musik und Beats!
