Hi everybody! In our June/July 2007 issue, we featured an insightful interview with singer-songwriter Tousue Vang. We were impressed with Tousue's incredible musical talent as well as his passion for building a better world. Currently, Tousue is coming out with a cd and he was recently featured in a commercial for Macy's.

We'd like to extend our congratulations to Tousue for sharing his message and music on such a large scale. Best wishes to him!

Hi everybody.

On behalf of Unplug, I just wanted to apologize for the delay with this current issue.  We're a little undermanned at the moment and for some reason this month has been hectic-crazy for all of us.

But we know that you guys (our readers) are faithful and loyal and VERY FORGIVING (*cue sentimental smiles*) and will be patient with us as we work out the final legs of our issue.

Peace.

Hey all my talented Hmong folks!

It's getting on July and our next issue is coming up.

Meanwhile I'm wondering... WHERE ARE ALL THE WRITERS AT?

The only reasons I can think of as to why they're not submitting their awesome work to Unplug Magazine is...

a.)  they're on vacation and basking beneath the sun in Southern France while sipping on wine (grape juice if they're not of age) -- in which case I'm highly envious.. grr!

b.)  they're revising their work until it's in top form so that they can submit in the future (yay for you!)

c.)  they were abducted by aliens.  the aliens, who were jealous of their awesome writings, tore up all their poems and stories, and forced them to write boring newspaper clips for the Intergalactic Alien Newsletter (IAN) for all eternity

I like to think it's option C.

But if you're not on vacation and you've finished revising your work and you haven't been abducted by aliens... submit to Unplug!  =)

Cheers!
