  You probably figured out I don't post here a lot. :-) I'm trying to get this page updated and feeds posted--bear with me. In the meantime, I post more at:

Some updates--Tales of the Shareem: Calder was accepted and contracted!! My editor is editing, and I'll post whenever I know what the pub date will be. Everything's in process.

I just finished the draft of Stormwalker, a new contemp. fantasy series with a Navajo heroine and her mysterious boyfriend, Mick. Mick is hot. :-) She's not sure what he is, but he likes to play with fire.

Coming up next is Mortal Seductions, the sequel to Mortals Tempts. Mortal Seductions is Demitri's story. The heroine, Val, is a woman Demitri loved and was forced to betray a long time ago. Now he's the only one she can turn to, but she's also hankering after a good-looking Cajun man with a sexy accent. How can she keep her vows of celibacy with these two around? But she needs both of them to save her life.

First The Dragon Master is getting some good kudos. It is a nominee for the Romantic Times Reviewer's Choice Awards (best shapeshifter romance), and it won a CAPA award from The Romance Studio for best fantasy romance. Coo1--I wrote that book kinda between funerals (sadly), so it's nice to see it getting some recognition.

Second thing is tomorrow (Tuesday, 2/24/09), the next book in the Immortals series (which I write as Jennifer Ashley) is out.

Immortals: The Reckoning is an athology of stories set in the Immortals world by me, Joy Nash, and Robin Popp. Mine is called "Wolf Hunt" and details what happens to Logan, the werewolf cop from The Redeeming. For excerpts and lots more info, see the series website: www.immortals-series.com

First--yay, Dragon Masteris out! And should be in stores near you. I know it takes a bit for books to trickle to stores, but it should be in place by the weekend.

Second: I just posted on a new blog I'm doing with six other historical romance authors (http://www.thechatelaines.blogspot.com/). I couldn't think of anything historical to say, so I posted about True Blood, the new HBO show based on Charlaine Harris's novels. Needless to say, I'm addicted! Post your thoughts on that or on your own obsession . . . paranormal romance novels, maybe?? :-)
