So in case you have not heard, Disney Corp. has officially baought the rights to all 500+ Marvel comics characters and creative control of the company. The price tag.... 4 Billion Dollars ( insert Dr. Evil's pinky now). The official death of the Marvel we love is near. The contracts for the upcoming Spider-man 4, Iron Man 2, X-men origens: Magneto, and X-men origens: Wolverine 2 were already made with Sony, Fox, etc. at the time of purchase, therefore these will be the last projects from Marvel without Disneys evil claws in them. After that, its all over. I can see it now, Mickey mouse vs. Venom. Donald duck help the X-men stop Magneto once and for all and everyone breaks into song and dance, Ghost rider gives up his seat at a Hannah Montannah concert to a cute child and we all sing its a small world after all, Spider man saves The Jonas Brothers from the scary man....... Why Stan? To see the thing that I grew up with raped for profit is not a selling point. I agree that the movies marvel has produced have been hit and miss the past few years, but say goodbye to anything resembling human drama and grown up storyline now. say hello to kissy cutey bullshit. Now superheroes wont punch bash and smash, they will dance sing and smile, talk thigs out at a tea party and watch a highschool musical. I dont see deadpool keeping his sense of humor. So I have been married now for a month and a half, were doing very well and were very happy, thanks to all who had a hand in the special day, it was an amazing event, and the afterparty end up being the halloween party of the year, it was all so much fun and so amazing. there are hundreds of photos and a video that I will have up one day, when I find a comp to use to get them uploaded, thank you all for your support. and to the haterz who didn't or who wished against us, a very big fuck you goes your way wrapped in a big bow of luv. merry xmas to all!

why does it seem like the police are the worst of all the things that go bump in the night, id rather run into a gang in a dark alley than get pulled over it seems.its like we dont have it hard enough that they have to make it worse. just a while ago i left my house for work, tired, hungry, and out of smokes, i just wanted to get here, get the shift over with, and go home so i can sleep.but of course thats not what happened, i was 15 feet from work, when the cop flipped a bitch, i parked, turned off the engine and had a foot out the door and my keys and book in my hand when he pulled in behind me and turned on his lights, a voice yelled, "DO NOT EXIT THE VIHICLE!" so here i am on private property, with my engine off and keys out of the ignition, just wanting to clock in on time. He tells me that the reason he pulled me over/is harrassing me is over the liscence plate light being burned out. So i inform him that the car is my aunts and she just lent it to me to get to work so i don't have to have my girlfriend pick me up in the morning.

so he takes my liscence and asks for the registration and insurance. now my aunt is by no means organized and i have no idea where the papers are, so he tells me to look while he runs my ID. of course she has every insurance card except the currnt one... so i show him the most current expired card when he returns and tell him i cant find her registration. He then proceeds to tell me that since im in possesion of the vehicle i am responsible for the paperwork. and if the car comes back uninsured im getting the citation. which is bullshit right? well he stands there rocking on his heels while im shivering and now way late. Untill finally they read back that my ID came back clean and the car is clean and registered. at this point his voice changes to extreme dissapointment and he tells me that technically he doesnt have to ask for insurance checks over the radio that the policy is if theres no card theres a citation. he proceeds to threaten me for a few more minutes with citations and even says im responsible for the light on the plates as well before finally handing my id back and telling me im getting a warning and to not drive the car untill its fixed. its like best case scenario you get harrassed or even "legally extorted" out of your rent money. or worst case scenario you go to the hospital. and you feel it as soon as you see the lights. Will you pay in green or red, and how much.

the cops complain that our generation just causes trouble and doesnt have any direction, yet when were minding our own business just trying to get by and make ends meet, working our ass off they still have to make it harder on us. The Raton Police Department is a bunch of fucking gangbangers with badges, keeping theyre "territory" on its knees and harrassing decent people. assholes who have never done anything but make me cringe at night and fear for myself in there presance. i remember being told by my parents if your ever in trouble to find a police officer. but sadly i dont think i can teach that to my children, i no longer believe that is the right thing to do. i personally feel that id choose the bums help over approaching an officer of the "law" and its not all of them, just the majority of my memories involving police are very unpleasant. so here i sit, clocked in late, afraid to drive home in the morning, and having to come up with a new ride to work just so i can get the rent paid, while he surely sits drinking some coffee proud of being a fucking pig asshole who gets off on making peoples life harder. just like all the rest. Im just glad it wasnt fucking Swope (aka the devil pig) or for sure i would be much poorer.

love can come in many colors, the love for friends, family, a signifigant other. some love is easy, some hard, some carefree, and some filled with obstacles. romeo and juliette is considered one of the most romantic tales ever written, possibly because the two in question fought all else for a feeling of love, a chance at happiness. but the adversity in there way claimed them, together in there world of constant bombardment. from those who claimed to care about them. people who, when so misguided by what they want forget to think about what the person they are trying to "save" wants. they claim to be friends or family. but in truth they became a threat to that person for the simple reason that they won't let them be. this theme appears in so many stories, a lesson for the masses. when a person goes against the wishes of someone in the name of caring, when they don't let those they care for make their own decisions, when they question, poke, and even try to interfere, they always just push that person farther away. the one differing point always is, can they realize what they are doing before they push the person away for good. and if they truly care, wouldnt they respect what makes that person happy? would they stop to think what that person wants? sadly not as often as it should be. but a lesson to learn, a decision to make, and a bit to think about. when two people are happy, and you disagree and think you have the right to ignore the wishes of the two, to think the two must be wrong and that you are right, to put what you want over what the person you "care" about wants, shows that person only that you don't care about there wishes, and drives them away. everyone has the right to make there own decisions, you may not always agree or like the decisions your friends, family, or loved ones make. but nevertheless they are there decisions, and if you truly care. you leave that up to them and wish them luck. to try and change them is selfish, and the person sees that. and its a dangerous game, so if you care. live and let live. don't ruin everything between you and them over selfishness.

ever wonder what happened to the old days. ever find yourself thinkin about time and the past, how every second that ticks by is gone forever. erased as soon as it exists. does the past even exist? other than in our head. images of things that have been erased. if so does that make memories fake? just poor copies of moments that are no longer. if two people share a moment or you go through something alone, once its past it only exists in your memories, does that in turn mean that if the memories are lost or forgotten, that the moment no longer exists at all. since the memory is the only proof the moment existed at all, or are memories an attemp to hold onto something gone forever. time doesn't stop. the moments pass and slip away. live in them. because they pass and live only in your head.

For those of u that dont already know, My great grandmother passed a few days ago, and Yesterday was the funeral. The service was beautiful and everything went ok. It took a while but im feeling ok about it now. Death is part of life, and She lead a good life, a very long life. She was 93, and very tired. She is resting peacefully now. Its hard when your life changes so suddenly though, Ive spent the past 4 years with her, and all of a sudden things are different, I will be moving soon, she left this house to a daughter who wants to sell it. Not sure exactly whats gonna happen or how things will fall into place yet, but Im taking it one day at a time. Life has a strange way of moving along.... Whenever something ends it seems that something else starts, I started a new job last week, and I might be taken soon. Its been so long since anyone has made me feel wanted, and someone special has touched me deeply. She actually "told me" that she was interested. which is deffinitely something im not used to. Im used to being the one interested, and turned down. I hope things work out well.

Also I got into a fight with my ISP today over the phone lol. so if my net gets disconnected randomly, i may be offline for a while, but will be back when i can.

I want to make a special thank you to Sid, Monique, and Dora. The three of them helped me feel so much better the past few days, and helped me more than they could ever know. I will be eternally greatful, They truly showed their quality, their friendship, and their support more than they had to. Thank you guys so much!

I'd also like to thank everyone who payed there respects, and showed their sympathy to me in a hard time. It is wonderful to know who your friends really are.

Life is a gift, use your time wisely and you will have no regrets at in the end.

This one may not be too hard but it's funny. Sorry about missing a week people I had an interesting couple week full of mixed emotions and some drama, but I'm still here and going, for now lol. anyhow, enjoy week 7 and congrats to Misty who reeled in another win in week 6.

The salesman askes him a few questions about what he wants in a bird, Finally narrowing it down to a bright colored parrot. The man asks if this breed can talk. The salesman promises him that this parrot will repeat every word it hears. The man happily buys the bird and takes it home, but no matter how much he tries he cannot get the parrot to speak, even though what the salesman said was 100% true. Why?
