A break is a difficult thing when you are a nim. There is a certain lifestyle that you become accustomed to. It's been months since we packed an 80 capacity room, blown coc off a strippers collarbone, or received the gift of a small child left on our doorstep. But it is for a purpose. We are recording a second CD titled "Life-long lessons in a short span of life, enjoying a post-coital embrace in a world that no longer supports coitus". It's a working title. As for the 3 fans that constructed a golden image in our honor, we thank you for thinking of us even during this quiet time in nimhood. We shall return with a certain entrancing tranquility in a few short months. -Har

As a band, well I shouldn't speak for everyone, but for me blasphemy is something I really enjoy. I feel good about the way that I do it, and I appreciate it when others give me some good ole blasphemy in return. But it does come with a price apparently. The good boys from the nim nims took a hit this week when our practice space was flooded. It came from the ceiling and destroyed lots of equipment. God hasn't been this pissed off since Katrina from the look of it. Dusty reported being in the midst of "God is not Great" which I personally feel like was the icing on the unholy cake. Thank god for the only thing that can save you from him (god), insurance.

over the past few years we have been touring from north chattanooga to downtown chattanooga. the groupies have been growing at an alarming rate, especially for robert due to his cleanly shaven dome. dirtleg followed suit and shaved his head but his fiance picked up on his game and is now forcing him to wear a wig which inspired leg's newest song which shares the title of this blog
too black or too white too wrong or too right down tonite cumbersome
too rich or too poor i'm wanting them less and they're wanting me more
groupies have become cumbersome

A very credible sort has informed that the recent, albeit minor, problems with myspace are due to tom not being able to put in the time necessary to really keep it smooth. The reason for this is, are you sitting down, tom has just given birth to james brown's love child. The couple are calling the young one Lia (Living In America), and word is that tom's time on myspace, though not what it used to be, has made james an angry, sometimes even beligerent spouse.
this was sent to me via audiotape
tom: myspace won't run itself
james: neither will this family. do you want Lia to grow up in a broken home.
tom: when we started this thing i was just some crazy kid with a dream about a network that would make bill gates cream his jeans, now i am a mother/father torn between that dream and my family. sometimes i get so scared that i am gonna wake up one morning and you and Lia will be gone, but i don't know how to stop it james. i just don't know how to stop it.

my dad used to let me pee in the tall urinal. it seemed there was often a situation (when i was in between the ages of say 5 and 10) where we would walk into a bathroom and there was only one tall urinal left, as well as the always present single short urinal. he would take the small urinal to make me feel like a big boy, and feeling like a big boy is all that matters by gawd. he is turning a half a century old this weekend. so it goes ( please don't sue me for the catch phrase mr. vonnegut, you are near death and i am sure by the time this thing went to trial, it wouldn't be worth it to you. if you do however pursue, i also used you to name a band, thanks). so the nim nims had a show last week minus one, but he will be back to join us soon, the big C reared its ugly yet as it seems to do at the most inopportune times.
the nim nims have less than 100 fans, but by gawd they are spread throughout the western hemisphere, thats nice. we finally hit the big time and shall be playing at the ole rythm and brews (immediately followed by a european tour of course).
thanks for reading isaac, and whoever else.
