Greetings all,

I am beginning to Blog again! It is 2008 and I believe this year will be an exciting one!

In 2007 I kept myself busy working with Genre Peak on their remix album titled "Preternatural". Canadian DJ's on the West Coast are excited for it's release!!!
"
I will be working with Lin Gardniner "Super G Music" this year on remixing my Demo EP and possibly adding new tracks to make the Demo EP a full album. I have enlisted the creative talents of Genre Peak to remix a track (or two) as single(s) destine to invade dance floors.

**A Note: I have been in touch with EMI Publishing in London England requesting the rights to add a cover (I have done) of Duran Duran's "The Chauffeur" to my Demo EP. My first contact with EMI via email was in August 2007. They requested a copy of the cover, I sent them of the song the same month and I received confirmation email regarding the fact that they received the disk containing my version of this song. I have sent emails to follow-up regarding my request and I have not heard anything back from their publishing or legal departments. I'm going to keep bugging EMI Publishing to get an answer.**

i hope you all have a wonderful start to 2008!

Cheers!

I have been working with Martin Birke (Genre Peak) this past year on the new Genre Peak remix album. http://myspace/genrepeak

I have completed lead vocals on two tracks. The first track is called "Wear it Well". This song recorded in March 2007 at Blue Seven Audio in California engineered/mixed by Christopher Scott Cooper with bass tracks by Mick Karn (Japan). I had so much fun working with Martin and Chris I decided to lend my talents to them again.

This July I went back to Blue Seven Audio in California to do another recording session to complete lead vocals on a track called "Amena" and backing vocals on a track titled "Blue Filter". The chemistry in the studio was at full for and as a result I believe "Amena" is one of the most diverse tracks I have ever done.

The work I have done with Martin (Genre Peak) and Christopher Scott Cooper has given me the chance to expresses a writing and vocal style that is a far departure from the work I have done on my self-titled EP. Have to say this collaboration has been a wonderful experience for me. ?

I have asked Martin (Genre Peak) to collaborate with me on a remix of "Lonely Days" for a maxi single I hope to complete by 2008.

I'll keep you all posted with what I'll be up to next.
