PROLOGUE

I am Windrider, time traveler. I return to your time to share a message. When I lived in your time I often wondered what it would be like to be visited by someone from the future, who had perspectives and answers to some rather perplexing questions I then had, and perhaps some solutions to some very pressing problems we faced together in human culture and planet Earth. I wondered then what such a being would look like and what they would say.

Perhaps my very existence among you as a traveler from your future may be reassuring, for yes you have survived as a species, and yes, there is more to existence than your daily rhythmic boredom.

As I said earlier, I am a time traveler. That is not a strictly accurate statement from my perspective, for it is not a matter of traveling through time so much as folding through dimensions, which is part of ascension consciousness, as I will explain shortly. For now I would just like to state that I am "back" in your time for a specific purpose. You are approaching a great "shift of the ages", and there are two main streams of probability that stretch out before you as a species. My purpose is to speak with you about these two streams, and perhaps provide some perspectives.

As to how this message is being transmitted to you, I have permission to merge with my twentieth century self in freely chosen partnership. I will remain so until the completion of this writing.

TIME TRANSLATING

Windrider is not so much my name as my function. I am what you might call in your timeframe an ascended master. When I lived in your time I was a rather ordinary 3rd dimensionally fixed human, but many many human ones have achieved ascension mastery in my time, which isn't really time in the way you currently experience it.

I can see that I have some explaining to do, so let me begin with the notion of time itself. Like much else, this needs to be intuitively grasped not merely intellectually understood so that it may engage your intuitive vision to the threshhold of your own direct experience.

Time is a function of frequency. Just as you can have several tones occupying the same space in a musical chord, so the universe is a multidimensional construction, each dimension characteized by a certain frequency, or density. Your experience of time varies according to your experience of density. In the 3rd dimensional frequency you are currently experiencing prior to the Shift, time is linear, with a distinct past and a distinct future overlapping in a "now-time" called the "present". The present is a miniscule moment in 3-D reality. In the higher frequencies of density your sense of now-time is greatly expanded, collapsing the partititons between past and future and allowing you a much greater experience of "presence".

Shamans, mystics, prophets, and meditators through the ages have learned to collapse these partitions and travel to other dimensions,
only to return again to what you call the "real" world. Some, like the aborigines of Australia, were fluid enough that they knew how to live between the worlds, what they called "dreamtime", as their primary reality. In traveling between the worlds all these early travelers were able to intuit visions of future events as well as access the past through "akashic" libraries.

Very few, however, in all of Earth's history, have been able to dissociate enough from a 3-D timeline to actually participatein or change future or past events. There are reasons for this, some of them having to do with collective consciousness in a free will universe. The very act of participation in a specified time frame allows for a change within that timestream, which plays havoc with the laws of causality.

Why am I here at this time then, you may ask. Do I not risk altering your own timestream, and do I not in doing so negate collective free will? The answers to those questions may surprise you. There are many time travelers in your domain at this
time, mostly without a whole lot of fanfare, many through a process of merging with a past identity, some actually incarnate in time translated bodies. I would make bold to state that were it not for our interventon at pivotal times, your planet would be extinct today. Do you ever wonder why some of the more cataclysmic prophecies of Cayce, Nostradamus, and various ancient scriptures have not come to pass?

Are we not then interfering with your collective free will and karmic choices? Please understand that many of us time travelers are future aspects of your own selves, responding to a call you yourselves have made. You might call us aspects of your higher selves, which would be an accurate statement, since we do exist in a higher frequency dimension from your perspective. It is also true that the collecive consciousness of Earth at this time has called for higher assistance, and we are part of the response to that call as well. A third reason that we are able to time travel into your world at this time is the opening of certain time portals through some of your government experimentations such as the "Philadelphia Experiment". Whatever the original reasons and questionable outcome for such experiments, the fact is that in breaching these time portals, the veils into the 4th dimension have thinned, allowing not just various forms of visitation from other worlds and dimensions to your planet, but also bringing your entire planet to the brink of a 4th dimensional leap!

You might ask why, when I mentioned earlier, that our activities are usually in secret and without fanfare, that I am attempting to publicize my presence in this way. That brings me to the essence of my message to you at this time, what you you are about to undergo as a planet, and why your full participation is invited in this grand moment.

THE EXPERIMENT

I mentioned earlier that there were several reasons why participatory time travel hasn't been possible before. Another reason that your highest mystics and scientists have had limited success in this venture is the nature of your 3-D locus itself. For in order to travel independently in time you need to have at least a 5th dimensional locus. You need to be grounded in a simultaneous perspective that is vast enough that your now-moment can embrace eons of linear time in an infinite variety of
parallel dimensions. A very few ascended masters in your history have achieved this, but not very many. This, my friends, is what you are emerging into as a species.

The cusp of the 21st century is an exciting time for you to be living in. I do not wish to repeat here what the more intuitive ones among you have already attuned to, so I will simply say that yes, you are at the threshhold of an awesome collective event, a "birthing" if you will, a "shift of the ages", a Zero Point long foretold and long awaited not only by shamans and prophets on Earth but throughout the infinite galaxies. For reasons that will become clear to you, what is taking place on Earth now is creating a ripple effect through all Creation. A whole new cycle of evolution is beginning through all the God-universes, and this little planet called Earth has a key role to play in it, which incidentally, is why you have such a wide
gallery of spectators observing you at this time. It has to do with the fact that some of the highest beings in Creation are currently incarnate on Earth, along with the most diverse array of lifeforms and origins ever assembled, all incarnate in physical density in a great experiment of unification.

Those of you who have had experiences of unity-consciousness will know that it is no great effort to experience Oneness with the All on the higher dimensions, while it is here on 3-D Earth with its infinite diversity and polarity consciousness where that becomes a test of courage and commitment. With so much of your Earth's longing for spirituality based on the need to escape the pain and suffering of being human at this time, it may surprise you to learn that you are the cutting edge of God-consciousness right now in this physical density. If Earth can experience unity-in-diversity on a physicalized (3rd or 4th) dimension, it greatly expands the activity of the Heart of God as the entire Universe begins a cycle of inbreath back to the Mind of God.

CONVERGENCE

For yes, there are cycles within cycles within cycles enfolded in your planetary birthing. Not only are you nearing the end of a millenium but you are also at the end of a 2160 year Piscean Age. The Aquarian Age you enter
into is not just the beginning of another Age but the beginning of an entire 25,920-year cycle marked by the precession of the equinoxes. This Precessional Year also reflects the orbit of your solar system around Alcyone, the central sun of the Pleiades. Twice during the Precessional Year, including at the beginning of the Age of Aquarius, you enter the influence of a high-vibrational stream of unified light known as the "photon belt", emanating from the Galactic Sun, which synchronizes your entire galaxy to the Mind of God.

Your Galactic Sun is likewise completing its own spiral through the galaxies nearing the moment described in the Hindu Scriptures as the "inbreath of God". Everything in the current cycle of Creation up to this point has been an expression of the "outbreath of God". Now is the moment of return, when all things in all dimensions in all universes fold back to a higher octave of Unity. It is like the speedometer in one of your automobiles synchronizing to 99999 before turning over to Zero Point.

Zero Point refers to a convergence taking place on Earth that ties together all these great cycles with all the dimensions in Creation in the journey back to Oneness. The cusp of a millenium links with the cusp of an Age links with the cusp of a Precessional Year links with the cusp of a Galactic Cycle links with the cusp of the Creator's Breath.

What does this mean? Because of the unique nature of this particular Zero Point, Earth stands at the threshhold of a cosmic moment of birth in which Creator and Creation become one. In other words, the veils between the dimensions are about to disappear for a moment of time, or rather a moment out of time, long enough for Creator consciousness to slip into the hearts and minds of all beings embodied on Earth, and by reflection, the entire inhabited universes. In this moment of timelessness, it is as if all Creation holds its breath with the Creator, and is then forever after infused with the Spirit of God.

The frequency of oscillation of any lifeform has to do with its connectedness with Spirit. In that moment of Infusion, the frequency of all beings on the planet will be raised in one extraordinary jolt of awakening. And since time and dimension also have to do with frequency, you will be suddenly catapulted into the 4th dimension as a collective event. While the collective transition to the 5th dimension will yet take a while, some of you may find yourself going past the 4th into the 5th or even 6th dimensional frequencies, activating the ascension process. Thus it is that I, Windrider, having found myself in 6-D after the Shift, chose to dissolve my 4th dimensional body into the unified light, and found myself practicing the ability to translate through all times and dimensions of the Creator Universes.

THE TWO STREAMS

With that background, I wish to now speak with you about the two streams of probability that currently stretch out before you.

The Great Shift I have talked about is inevitable. It is a certainty in all the probable timelines of your future. What actually happens at this Zero Point, or Cosmic Birth, is still undetermined, however, and depends entirely on the collective consciousness latent in that moment.

My existence among you and that of other masters from your future reflects the fact that a proportion of humanity has sucessfully navigated through the Shift. It does not reflect what that proportion is. That keeps ever changing, and our wish is that this include the greatest number of beings possible.

These are the two probability scenarios that exist at this time. One is that at the moment of Zero Point
that all beings on this planet are translated into the 4th dimension. This is the best case scenario. The other is that there will be a split between the worlds, that those who are prepared to move into 4-D will do so, and those who are not will remain behind in 3-D to play out their karma on a parallel Earth, which will likely result in cataclysmic destruction.

The third alternative probability and worst case scenario, that your entire planet would be destroyed in a great cataclysm, no longer exists. This did seem a likely possibility up until a decade or two ago in your time, and on behalf of all the ascended masters I congratulate you on the shift of consciousness you have already undergone so as to avert this! There is a great light being carried on the Earth right now. This is why we believe it is possible to shift out further from the second scenario of partial translation into 4-D to the best case scenario of a full translation of planet Earth. This is also why the advent of Zero Point has been postponed to the extent possible in order to give all humanity the opportunity to make the Shift together.

Many of your ancient prophecies speak to the second stream of probability because that seemed to be the most hopeful scenario envisioned at that time. Jesus spoke of the "rapture", of two men working in the fields, one of whom
would be taken, the other left behind. Christian, Muslim and Hebrew scriptures are replete with images of a "day of judgement", when the "righteous' would be rewarded and the "unrighteous" punished.

There are also metaphors in this age that reflect the first scenario. The story of "the hundredth monkey", which is an apt description of bioloical as well as spiritual evolution, is one example. Always it is true that when there is a sufficient number of beings envisioning and practicing a new paradigm, that the "law of grace" is then invoked, and the rest of the monkeys, or humanity, as the case may be, are brought into entrainment.

THE CHALLENGE

What needs to happen for mass consciousness to shift from
the second to the first stream of probability? The second scenario is based on "karma", the first scenario on "grace". You need to understand that the "law of grace" is a higher octave of the "law of karma". And you need to understand and fully embrace your personal as well as collective shadows.

When the master Jesus spoke of forgiving your enemy he spoke not of condoning their actions but of recognizing that you and he both were shadow and light together, and that forgiveness provided you both an opportunity to practice a divine alchemy, unifying both shadow and light in the experience of Oneness. He also counseled us to "love your neighbor as yourself".

The test for awakened humanity is this. Can you extend the hand of forgiveness and love in this expanded sense to your brothers and sisters in ignorance and darkness, a forgiveness that arises from
compassion, a forgiveness that embraces your neighbor, yourself, the dark lords, the powermongers, the satanic forces, the military mind, the secret governments, the illuminati, the "reptilians", "greys", "annunaki", or whatever your own version of the "enemy" happens to be?

When you do so, this activates the law of grace, and brings to an end a polarized conflict that opens the door to a full planetary awakening. More than that it provides an opportunity to resolve and heal a long drawn out intergalactic war, and bring much suffering to an end. It assures that in the "inbreath of God" to come that none get left behind. This is the best case scenario, and one that I have traveled back into your time to seed once again.

It begins with belief, followed by desire. Know that it is possible to experience a graceful pain-free unified birthing into the Fourth Dimension and beyond. Know also that you are capable of being the agents of God in this great alchemy. You have already proved this in averting the third probability of cataclysmic destruction.

I depart now, and I impart you with love and grace. Know that you have great assistance in this profound opportunity ahead. Call on the ascended masters and the brotherhoods of light, the angelic hierarchies and the Elohim, call on the avatars and saints throughout the ages, call on the star nations and the intergalactic councils of light, call on your higher selves and the Christ, call on the Planetary, Solar, Galactic and Univesal Logos, call on the Great Spirit that many call God. You are not alone, and we are not separate! Adonai!

Sunset thoughts
As I sit and watch the sunset,there's a cool September breeze
moving low-lying dark-purple and gray storm clouds North, Eastward with such grace and purpose,giving way to the pinkish, orange under-belly of the more distant clouds.
 Like souls in transition they canshow no resistance, to the forcesat work.
 They're just floating along unforeseen paths to their final destination out  of physical existence, and back into a pure form of energy, just to be gathered together, and placed back on Earth's surface.
 Only to repeat the cycle,once again.

The Interviews

Where do you want to start?

Let's start with the Phoenix Project.

It was a project that evolved out of the Philadelphia Project. it was a project that the Navy did in the 1930's and 1940's in an attempt to make ships invisible. They threw the switch one eventful day and the ship went into hyperspace. They had all sorts of problems with the people on the boat. It was a huge success as well as a huge failure - then they shelved it. Around 1947 it was decided to re-activate the project and it was moved to Brookhaven National Laboratories with Dr. John Von Neumann and his associates. Out of Phoenix I came Stealth technology, which I cannot talk about because of my job. It also produced all sorts of energetic little toys like the radiosonde.

What is a radiosonde?

Well, in all appearances it was a little white box that they attached to a balloon and sent up into the atmosphere. The government told people that it involved gathering weather data. It used a very unusual type of pulse modulation. In most cases they used a CW (continuous wave) oscillator and pulsed the signal. This turned out to be a very efficient conversion of electrical energy to etheric energy. I very recently started collecting radiosondes. I never saw a receiver. I found out that they were designed up at Brookhaven National Labs. I started to talk to people at Brookhaven and ran into a retired gentleman who used to work there. He told me that the design was originally done by Wilhelm Reich. That peaked my interest. The story goes that in about 1947 Wilhelm Reich handed the US Government a weather control device, a device that would do DOR-busting. Reich thought that if he could decrease the amount of DOR that storms would not be so violent. (DOR is the result of orgone energy coming into contact with an enclosed radioactive source. This produces a Deadly Orgone Energy - DOR - which threatens life. It is also produced in the atmosphere through other processes. The government sent the device up there into a storm and it did reduce the intensity of the storm. The government liked it, and they started another phase of the Phoenix project where they designed these "radiosondes" and started launching them in large numbers, maybe 200 to 500 per day. The radio in these things had a range of about 1oo miles. If they used so many of them, one would think that receivers for them would be common-place. I used to be a collector of radio receivers. I have over 100 in my personal collection. I have never seen a radiosonde receiver. I have heard of them but I have never seen them.

What are the frequencies used?

The frequencies used are 403 MHz and 1680 MHz. They used two different frequencies.

They are both on at the same time?

No. One or the other was used at any one time. The earlier ones used 403 MHz plus or minus 2 MHz. The later ones used 1680 MHZ, plus or minus 6 MHz. The "thermistor" in them had gold, silver, platinum and iridium in it. Reich used sensors that had gold and silver in them. The humidity element is a plastic plate with silver around the rim and conductive lines going across the plate. They put a very unusual mixture of chemicals on this plate. Unlike most humistors, the resistance went up as it got damp.

What we're theorizing at this point is that the "thermistor" (temperature sensing) rod acts like a DOR antenna out-of-phase. The "humidity sensor" acts as an antenna for the orgone; The pressure sensor is essentially what they call a barrel switch, which is a pressure sensitive cycling switch. The device would destroy DOR and build up the orgone. The transmitter consisted of two oscillators, one of which would run at the carrier frequency (403 or 1680) and a second one which was a 7 MHz oscillator hooked into the grid of the carrier oscillator. The result was that the 7 MHZ oscillator would pulse on and off.

How does all this relate to what was going on with these other projects?

The government could not tell the public these were weather control devices. What we are seeing here is actually the genesis of what became the Montauk project, which was a combination of Wilhelm Reich's work and the Philadelphia Experiment. There were two separate projects going on in Phoenix One. You had the invisibility aspect and you had the development of Wilhelm Reich's weather control. Toward the end of the Phoenix project, by using some of Wilhelm Reich's concepts and some of the transmission schemes used from the "radiosonde" project, they found that you could combine the two -factors and use them for MIND CONTROL. Government circles would have me say "mood alteration", but mind control is what these idiots were doing.

That's what the Montauk project was?

No. Phoenix One. After political circles found out about it they wanted it shut down. The people that were running it went to the military and proposed that they could use it to "influence the minds of the enemy". The military loved the idea, and let them use the old Montauk Air Force Base. Among the equipment requested was an old SAGE radar unit, which was on the base. The base was shut down and everything was auctioned off. The group then moved in from the Brookhaven Labs. That began what we call Phoenix Two. They spent the first ten years, from about 1969 to about 1979, researching pure mind control. They started out by taking the output of the SAGE radar, modulating the special wave that Reich had showed them from the weather control process, and combined that with something noticed from the Philadelphia Experiment work. They transmitted about 406 MHz. It would hop around frequencies and change in phase. They used the amplidine concept where you have many stages pulse-modulated. BRF was from 10 cycles to 750 cycles. The pulse width could be varied anywhere from 10 to 75ms. The center frequency was 406MHz generated from a stay-low type function which was referenced from a zero-time function.

Was there any other modulation on this?

There was frequency hopping on it.

So Phoenix Two started in 1969?

Yes, in the period from 1969 to 1971. Phoenix One went from 1948 to 1968. The first part of the mind control project was to take an individual and stand them about 250 feet away from the antenna. The SAGE radar had a peak pulse power of .5 MW. The antenna had a gain of 30db. That means an effective radiated power of at least a gigawatt. It was nominally a gigawatt. Can you imagine what that would do to people? I think its amazing these people are still here. It does things like burn out brain functions, create neurological damage, scar lungs from heat, etc. They tried this with a number of people and there were few survivors.

Where did they get the volunteers for this?

They were just grabbing indigent people off the street and throwing them in front of the radar beam. That's the sort of nonsense that the government loves to do.

Who was in charge of the project at this time?

Dr. John Von Neumann and Jack Pruett.

Any particular agency?

I'm not sure what the agency was. Now, somebody got the brilliant idea to put the subjects directly in line with the gain horn of the antenna. Lo and behold they got their result without burning the people up. They found out that by varying the phase modulation and the frequency hopping and the pulsing of the multiple phases that they could have profound effects on a persons mind.

How many people worked at this installation?

About 30.

Who authorized them use of the base?

The Air Force and the Navy. It was a joint project. There were both Navy and Air Force personnel involved. We have copies of the orders for the Air Force personnel.

What was the cover story for the base?

They had none. It was a derelict base.

It was abandoned. It was turned over to GSA as surplus around 1969 or 1970 when they shut down all the SAGE radar systems.

It was a "non-existent" operation. it was a perfect cover.

Where did they get the funding?

It was totally private.

Corporations?

It didn't originally come from corporations, although it did in later phases. The original money came from the Nazi government.

This is Phoenix One?

No, this is Phoenix Two and Three. In 1944 there was an American troop train that went through a French railroad tunnel carrying $10 billion in Nazi gold which they had found. it was $10 billion at the 1944 price of $20 per ounce. The train was blown up in the tunnel. It killed 51 American soldiers. The gold turned up ten years later at Montauk. This has been verified. That money was used to finance the project for many years as the value of gold went uo. They spent all of it and ran out of money. That's when they tapped on ITT, who funded it. ITT was owned by Krupp in Germany. In terms of personnel, many of the civilians and scientists there were all ex-Nazi's who came from Germany both before and after the war ended. The project was under US Government surveillance. The intelligence community knew what was going on and the CIA monitored everything, as did other government intelligence agencies. The field of players who actually operated on the base was small, between 30 and 50. The funding was entirely private. After 1983, Senator Goldwater found out about it and started an investigation. He couldn't find any trace of government funding. Pruett was the metaphysical director of the project. He was Air Force. After he left Dr. Herman C. Untermann took over. They had an electronics expert, Dr. Mathew E. Zerrett, who came over from Germany in 1946 with Werhner von Braun. Probably the reason that they ran out of money is that they had a total of 25 bases around the United States to support. The last of the bases shut down August 12, 1983. The base at Montauk, where all the stations got their zero-time reference from, shut down and the other two remaining bases went down with it.

What about some of the mind effects?

From what I recall of the program, as I was part of it, I was subjected to the mind control field not as I initially went into the program (because they wanted me initially for my sensitive abilities) but later. I was assigned to the indoctrination of the younger recruits. The first indoctrination turned out to be a disaster. I told them I didn't want anything to do with the program, and they put me in front of this mind beam, and it did do damage to me. Finally, someone said, "shut it off, he isn't going to give in to it" and they shut it off. Others were affected much more seriously than I was. The effects were generally really bad. It could burn your brains out. They would go out and pick kids between the ages of 12 and 16 off the street...

That's where a lot of disappearing American kids went?

We estimate they took 10,000 American children off the street and brought them to Montauk, New Jersey. The total number of people that they pulled off the streets for the 25 stations was about 250,000. What the actual thrust of the program was in terms of all these kids is still a mystery. We still don't know the answers. We know they were fully programmed for something. They were subjected to programming which eventually became more "humane" using advanced electronic techniques. The original programming was Reichian in nature and was more physical. Later they worked out techniques that used computers and electronic programming with the Reichian techniques that took very fast and had little side effects.

Are you aware of any people presently who have been through this?

I've run into people over the years. There is a very specific field identity pattern you can detect if you are sensitive enough. You can spot a person who has been through the Montauk program "five miles away". it's vary distinctive in the way that it's been altered. I've spotted more than a dozen people in the Long Island, New York area.

What about Von Neumann?

He was still alive up until 1989. He has run into a problem with the government as well as other problems, such as a personality split in 1977, when he resigned as director and became a consultant. The government told everyone he died in 1956. The government is still interacting with him.

Were any of the Montauk subjects given psycho tropic drugs?

I don't think so...

They used one drug which was used in connection with the Reich programming to make them more receptive. I don't remember the name of it. The effect of the drug was that it would make you "horny as hell".

Also euphoric at the same time?

Also euphoric, yes.

Did they get this mind-altering chair from the aliens?

The prototype came from the aliens. Beyond that we are uncertain. This chair was essentially a mind amplifier. The government would have specially trained individuals sit in the chair and generate thoughtforms, which would be amplified and transmitted. They could transmit the signal and put people in a pre-orgasmic state where they would be receptive to programming. It worked very well and they found other capabilities. They found that it could work in time. They had a psychically trained individual sit in the chair and generate a thoughtform of a vortex that connected 1947 and 1981. That's exactly what they got - a time tunnel they could walk through. There was a series on television at one time that portrayed this concept fairly accurately. These were some of the earlier capabilities. They started going forward and backward in time. That was the last phase of the Phoenix project.

When did this time machine get going?

Around 1979 or 1980 it was fully operational. This transmitter had enough power to warp space and time. The individual in the chair would have to synthesize the vortex function because they didn't have the technical capability to do that. It can now be mechanically synthesized. They did other things. They had the subject in the chair think of some creature, and the creature would materialize. They had the individual in the chair think of all the animals at Montauk point charging into town, and that's exactly what happened. They almost had the power to create a being. The problem they had was that what they created only stayed as long as the mind amplifier was on. The power was somewhere between gigawatts and terrawatts. Tremendous power. The vortex could have a diameter of about five miles.

Can you describe what this looked like?

Its like looking into a peculiar spiral tunnel which was lit up down its entire length. You would start to walk into this thing and then suddenly you'd be pulled down it. You didn't walk through it as such. You were more or less propelled through it. You could go anywhere in space and time.

Could you bring things back?

Yes.

Have you ever brought anything back?

Yes.

Could you continue your description of the tunnel?

Yes. The walls were solid but fluted. The tunnel was not straight but was a sort of corkscrew shape.

If someone turned off the power, would you be stuck in the destination time and space?

Yes. You'd be stuck there.

Did they send a lot of kids down the tunnel'?

Yes, but we don't know what their goals were. They lost a lot of kids.

Since there is a time loop between however far you went back in the past through however far into the future, is everything fixed?

Yes.

One of the first things they did was send recruits forward to around 6030 AD. It was always to the same point. Somewhere in an abandoned city where there was a statue of solid gold. When they came back they were asked what they saw. Whether they were expecting to find a different answer from person to person is unknown. They would look into the vortex and make sure the environment would support life before they sent people. They took samples.

Are there potential futures that people could be sent to?

No. once you make the connection with the future the line becomes fixed to that point.

Can you change the present by sending someone to the past?

Yes. You can also change the present by sending someone into the future. Under certain conditions. The government is using existing time machines to go forward in the Montauk time line.

Are you saying that now the present can't be changed because we have established a time-loop through the future and the past?

Yes. That means whatever everyone is doing between the most extreme past point and the future they will be doing forever.

What is the furthest anyone has traveled in the future?

10,000 AD.

So everything is locked in until 10.000AD?

Yes. It's a dreamlike reality. No one has picked up a tangible future beyond 2012 AD. There is a very abrupt wall there with nothing on the other side.

Prophecies speak of earth changes around then.

Curious, isn't it?

Can you project yourself two hours into the future and meet yourself?

Yes, but its very dangerous. The person who walked into the tunnel is out of phase with the person who comes out the other end. This did happen. The result is that the person just incinerates.

Did they ever give you a weapon in case you ran into anything negative?

They didn't have to do that. The vortex could be arranged to follow the person, so that they could bring them back in if anything went wrong. They could see them on a viewer.

So they achieved a working time portal. At one point they had a situation where they had a "monster from the ID" type creature come through and everyone went into a panic. They shut the transmitter off. The creature ate people and equipment. They had to go back and shut down the unit in Philadelphia in order to shut off the unit in the future so they could stop this creature in 1983. This was on August 12,1983. The vortex locked on to the 12 August 1943 test and formed a loop. All this occurred because someone planted the thought in the mind of the operator in the chair to generate this creature. It was an effort to sabotage the project. A lot of people thought the project had gone too far. When I worked for them between 1971 and 1983 1 was so tired when I would get home from work. What they would do is that when I my mission was over they would return me to a point milliseconds before I left. It would appear from one perspective that I never left. Of course, after I stopped working there, all that stopped. Is there a reason that all these things happened?

If you go back into the Philadelphia experiment end of it, which was the beginning of the whole business, one can see from the way that thing was maneuvered that there was a higher force of some kind involved in setting the whole thing up .... because it never would have happened the way it did unless two obscure dates 40 years apart coincided between the two experiments: the project known as the Philadelphia experiment, or Project Rainbow, in 1943 and the Montauk project in 1983.

If I may interject something here. There is a point about two thirds of the way down the time tunnel where the person who is going through the tunnel perceives a large "thump". The person's consciousness leaves their body. There is a tendency to see things on a broader basis. I am sure there was some intelligence there. Looking back on my experiences, I'm sure there was some intelligence there. I would have trouble with the recognition of it. What they were trying to do at Montauk was to stabilize the perception process that would occur upon exteriorization from the body. They were trying to manifest that for some reason. We don't know what their purpose was.

What was the role of the aliens in this whole thing, other than the prototype of the mental amplifier chair?

That would be the another part of this that we haven't got into yet.

Maybe this is just because I spent all day yesterday watching, History Channels "The Universe" Series,
But I have been contemplating this all night.

Also I tried to keep this short as possible and as visual too, I know Most of us are not inclined to read a lot!

what he called spacetime, is warped by the presence of massive objects.

Nothing escapes Black holes once they are caught in the Gravity field of it.
The gravity of a black hole is so intense it warps and twists light like a giant lens.

Our Sun is scheduled to pass through Galactic Center on, Dec 21, 2012.



Magnetic Somersaults

In the first quarter of 2001, the Sun switched magnetic poles. This occurs every eleven years. Prior to this the Sun's north magnetic pole was at the north rotational pole. Now the Sun's north magnetic pole is at its south pole. Since opposite poles attract, the magnetic poles of the Earth and Sun are now at their most stable.

Just about the time of 2012 Winter Solstice, the Sun's poles will switch back. During this switch there will be a tendency for the Sun's magnetic field to pull the Earth's field with it.

If the Earth's magnetic poles switch, this would put stress on the planet aggravating earthquakes and volcano's, not to mention destruction of the electrical power distribution grid. And, if the switch happens fast enough don't ever expect your computer to work again. But if you have old tube type equipment, keep it. It should survive just fine. It will work if you can find electricity.

If you are a Hindu or a Mayan, this should be good news…


According to an article by David Hedges titled "Golden Age in 2012", the golden age is expected to start on 22nd December 2012. He said in his article:-


In the Brahma-Vaivarta Purana, Lord Krishna tells Ganga Devi that there will be a Golden Age within the Kali-yuga that will start  5,000 years after  the beginning of the Kali Yuga. The Golden Age will last for 10,000 years according to Lord Krishna. The Kali Yuga calendar began at midnight on 18 February 3102 B.C. according to many sources.


The ancient Hindu's mainly used lunar calendars but also used solar calendars. If an average lunar year equals 354.36 days, then this would be about 5270 lunar years from the time when the Kali Yuga started until 21 Dec 2012 , the year that the Mayans predict rebirth of our planet; and it is also about 5113 solar years of 365.24 days per year.


David Hedges ended his post with the following statement:-


Now we have another ancient source, Hindu Scripture's called the Brahma-Vaivarta Purana, predicting a new world about the same time that the Mayans predicted it to come! Historically, this is an amazing fact since these two ancient cultures didn't have any contact.


Sounds interesting?


2012 is just another 5 years from now and based on the current state of the country, I don't foresee any "golden age" in the future unless of course, if the current government loses miserably in the next general election and a more responsible government takes over. Will we then be able to see a politician who puts the interest of the people ahead of the interest of his political party? To think about it - it is not impossible.


Then again, there may be another way of us achieving the "golden age".


In an entry at Wikipedia on the year 2012, it was stated that in a book titled "The Bible Code", a meteor, asteroid or comet will collide with the Earth and again in another book titled " The Nostradamus Code" where there will be a series of natural disasters caused by a comet. In another book titled  "The Orion Prophecy" it was claimed that the Earth's magnetic field will reverse. Plenty of natural disasters may cause the death of many people and towns causing humans to rebuild their lives again? Yes, it is possible.


In the same entry in the Wikipedia, it was also mentioned that in 2012, aliens will contact humans. Probably akin to the event dramatized in the movie "Star Trek: The First Contact"
(but in that movie, the "first" contact was made in year 2063).
In the "Star Trek" world, the golden age indeed started after the first contact –
humans became more interested in knowledge rather than on money.


The year 2012 seems interesting…

What is the Law of Time?


It is a comprehensive whole system discovery which demonstrates that time is the universal factor of synchronization. The principle formulation of the Law of Time -T(E) = Art, Energy factored by Time equals Art - accounts for the intrinsic elegance of all natural phenomena.

The landings of our craft of Light are indeed to occur this earthly
around the year 2012. But in order for one to fully appreciate these
landings one must be resonating at a certain frequency. As you near
the end of this earthly year, a new frequency is needed within your
physical body, in order to continue evolving upon Earth with her.
This means you must be actually resonating to a Light vibration,
rather to an earthly physical one. When this occurs, all of your
psychic abilities will indeed be awakened and you will see beyond the
physical through your inner eye.
This indeed will allow you to see beyond the third dimension and into
the higher dimensions. This will mean you will look into a new world
that has always surrounded you but suddenly becomes a reality. This
reality will contain visions of extra-terrestrials and ships of Light
and you will experience going on board these ships and meeting with
your wonderful companions of Light. This has been occurring already
for a select few, but now it is to be for all humanity's experience,
if it is wished by all humans on Mother Earth.
During the last few earthly years, there have been introduced many
new techniques to activate your personal Light bodies, and some are
now receiving instructions to increase the frequency resonance to the
vibration of the Mother Father God Source. I am suggesting here that
if those ones, who have the knowledge and expertise of these new
techniques, and are able to teach as many beings as possible the
activation of the light body in the next few earthly months to the
end of this earthly year, it will have the effect of igniting many
other humans' Light fields, and as the Earth reaches her required
resonance to shift into the fourth dimension, so will all of humanity
and a new world of Light will be born.
You see my friends, there is a certain vibration that is needed on
Earth that is comfortable for us to exist in, and you have almost
manifested this. With a concentrated effort now needed you can
complete the manifestation of the new frequency of Light.
The Ships
From Andromeda we have the "Sombrero", powered by 5 crystals that
actually use the pilot's energy field to power the ship. This is a
small scout craft that carries 3 people. The Andromeda's also sport
the cigar-shaped, utility "mothership" that holds 5 to 10 thousand
people and measure 5 miles long. The "real" motherships are about 100
miles long.
The Arcturians will have supply ships that look like wok lids welded
together. The motherships are huge. Their scout ships look somewhat
like a cowboy hat with a soccer ball inside. All their ships land on
struts and are exited through the bottom by way of a force field.
Apparently, you just jump through the hole and a force-field lowers
you down gently. Kind of like a fireman's pole without the pole.
These ships last over a thousand years...depending on maintenance, of
course.
The Pleiadians have several different ships, the beamships,
atmospheric ships, and others.
The Sirians have 100 ft diameter, spherical scout ships, and
a "merkaba" ship that looks like two 4-sided pyramids on top of each
other...kind of diamond-shaped. Then there are the triangle-shaped
defense ships.
Before the Landings
There will be a time of stillness that will overcome you, just before
you hear a melodious tune in your consciousness, as if you have tuned
into a radio station. You will feel at peace with the world and wish
to stop what you are doing. A woman's voice will be heard inside your
head in your own language explaining for about 20 minutes what is
going to happen next. This will occur over several minutes, and then
by telepathic communication, you will be encouraged to step outside
or to look outside. As you do, look into the sky. For a few minutes
you will see nothing, but you will have a sense of expectation. As
you continue to look, you will begin to see the craft of Light
appear. Each craft will be accompanied by an Angel who will be
visible to anyone.
The exact date for the landing will not be released, but a window has
been fixed for 2012.
The first verifiable events will involve flyovers by UFO's in
formation, over all major cities in the Northern Hemisphere,
beginning any day now. Its already beginning in the Southern
Hemisphere. These flyovers will steadily increase, and once they
start, every major city in the world could have a flyover,
simultaneously. That being the case, there is no chance it will be
ignored.
Meanwhile, representatives of the Galactic Federation have met and
are still meeting with many people within the U.S. government and
powerful people within the "secret government" and secret societies,
in order to convince them to reveal the "truth" to society and agree
not to attack or in any way cause any unfortunate incidents. They
won't, though. Apparently, most of it has fallen in deaf ears. All
they seem to hear is, "Resistance is futile" and some are willing to
kill us all, if necessary, but that should not surprise anyone. The
point is that resistance, actually, is futile, and the Galactic
Federation has made sure of it.
When the mass landings begin, 15.5 million ships will descend and
land in a matter of only several hours. The contact teams are divided
up in groups that will meet with humans in different parts of the
world. The Americas, Europe and Asia will mostly be met by Pleiadians
and those from the Pegasus constellation. The Sirians will land in
Africa and Polynesia; the Cassiopeans will land in New Zealand and
Africa as well.
Just before the landings take place, Federation ships will
temporarily shut off all military aircraft; totally neutralize all
bombs, nukes, ships, and technological weaponry, regardless of its
sophistication. Furthermore, all mechanical devices, cars, machines,
appliances, even guns, will become "frozen" tight and inoperable. All
coming to a screeching halt!
This will all be temporary, and then things will work again. While
things are inoperable, all guns and weapons will be beamed up to the
ships. Depending on what the governments and militaries are planning,
this could happen just hours or days before the landings. They have
made it clear to all militaries that interference will not be
tolerated, but no loss of life will take place, because if you happen
to be flying in a plane, it will stop working, but a ship will bring
you safely to a landing. That goes for cars and boats, as well. They
have the capability of actually dematerializing the pilot from a
fighter and bringing him on board their ships, and then gently
lowering the plane to the ground. At this time, all technological
communication will be shut down, no phones, radios, TV's, radar,
HAARP; even all those secret devices the governments got from the
Greys won't work. Everyone will be in the same boat. At the moment
the mass landings take place, all world governments will be dissolved
by the Angelic Hierarchy and a temporary governing system will be set
up that will include humans, by the Council of Elohim. The Council
will also be working on a special grid system that will allow them to
be seen and experienced by us.
They will appear to you in Light bodies of varying frequency. Some
will appear almost like you, but have a shimmering Light about them,
and others will be in Golden Light forms pulsating from their heart
centers. You will be recognized if you wish, and asked to come on
board. This will serve as a communication meeting to establish proper
contact and understanding so you can communicate to others as you
leave. It will seem you are on board for a long time, but in actual
fact it will be only a few minutes.
We encourage you at this time to work through your spirit guides, if
you wish to be an initial communicator at this time of the landings.
In other words, there is an opportunity to serve at this perfect
moment. Many of you can and do communicate with the Ashtar Command,
and the allied Commands of Light, and now we are asking for you to
step forward to form a network of Light, thought and action
throughout your Earth to synchronize this great moment. This does not
mean on the physical level. This means that in your meditations you
volunteer through spirit to be an initial communicator, and it will
be recognized, and you will be instructed during your meditations and
sleep state as to your duties at that time of landing. You will know
exactly what to do when the event takes place.
Before incarnating, you knew this lifetime was to be your last in
physical form and you knew why you have prepared yourself in past
lives for this coming event. Mother/Father God has opened the doorway
to ascension and you are being offered your opportunity to step
through.
Concentrated, projected thought form and spiritual practice are now
being asked of you as the time of completion is upon you. No more
talking, now you must do. Spirit has selected a special earthly date
to help with this final collective of Divine Consciousness to
manifest critical mass. It was asked that all Light workers on the
planet meditate in unison, and activate their Light fields/bodies
(Merkaba), and connect through this meditation into the Christ
Consciousness Grid around the planet. If you can extend your Light
fields beyond this using Sacred Geometry, please do.
Now is the time to compare notes. As we have announced our intention
to land, it has been interesting to gauge the reaction of humankind.
In relation to this, many of you are aware of the increase in our
activities through a multitude of sightings of our craft of Light.
Of course the frequency of the Earth will indeed be changed before
the landings, and this will add to the acceptance of our being. No
longer is there as much judgment upon those who believe in us. There
is a growing interest in our activities, there is no doubt. We will
see the events of the collective consciousness of unconditional The
love meditation taking place soon the most significant contributing
factor to our landing a short time later..
During the Landings
Angels will be in charge and Earth is to be a Paradise.
Every ship that lands will be accompanied by at least one Angel, who
will secure the landing site, spread loving energy about the whole
area, and keep things as calm as possible. Immediately following the
mass landings, life as we know it will be so different one can only
imagine. The world government will be The Spiritual Hierarchy and the
current governments will be incapable of functioning, because their
technology will be completely disabled. Communication systems will be
replaced by advanced technology, controlled by those who will not
allow interference. Can you imagine how many in lofty positions in
this world will feel when they know that the only way they can make
anybody do anything is with a hardy club? No phones, no speedy trips
across town, no communication... At first, governing ourselves will
have to be on a "what's in front of you" basis. This should not be a
problem, though, since the photon belt energy will be affecting us.
The photon energy acts as an amplifier. It is supposed to greatly
increase the effectiveness of all rituals, prayers, and positive
intent.
In our atmosphere there will be advanced Atmospheric Ships that will
begin to transform and repair Earth's atmosphere. The photon belt is
coming! We must prepare, and it will no doubt be like preparing for a
huge world-wide event, bigger than the Olympics. This time we are
inviting representatives from all over the Galaxy. In a matter of
only a few years, (2012), this planet will be transformed into
a "galactic showcase" with the air and forests repaired and human
society organized and enlightened, and become a Galactic Society. We
will be moving into a 5th-dimensional reality and having an awareness
of Goethe Creator, something beyond our "3D" imagination. We will be
getting used to seeing some of the most bizarre sentient beings. "We
are bringing this creation to its end. We are now creating a galactic
society" This will happen before the end of this year!
After the Landings
To begin, we will bring with us many suggested changes to correct the
ecological imbalance on Earth, and we will show you how to contain
and clear away your pollution problems. Understand we cannot do this
for you. You will need to take full responsibility for your
environment: of course, we will also show you visions of what might
happen if you don't.
For some time the command and its associate members of Light have
maintained a vigil around Mother Earth, helping her to contain and
dissolve the pollution, the breakdown of the grid system surrounding
the planet, and the overall imbalance to the planet of the human
consciousness. The frequency 12:60 of human consciousness is an
illusionary unbalancing energy that has caused a great deal of
destruction on all levels of existence on the planet. It has a
destructive quality to it.
The frequency 13:20 must be implemented into human consciousness.
This can be achieved by 2012, there is no doubt. This frequency is
slowly beginning to manifest, and an aid to this has been the
understanding and use of the Christ Grid around the Earth. The Christ
Grid resonates at 13:20frequency, and as more and more of you begin
to draw upon its Divine energies, you imbed the new frequency into
not only you, but into all that might receive your energies.
Within healing at this moment, it is being asked by spirit that all
should draw upon the Christ Grid to empower them before they begin.
You will find this moment beneficial. Of course we are aware that
many are already implementing this Christ energy in such a way, but
there needs to be more. Please spread the word.
Never let it be said again, that humankind is not taking full
responsibility for its actions. As you turn the tide, invitations
will be given to many of you to attend Galactic Council meetings, and
you will be asked to comment on the changes that have occurred on
your planet. This will allow your perspective to be taken into
account for any future changes to be suggested.
You indeed will experience much more than Earth changes in the coming
events. In your cosmic existence on a personal level, you will no
longer be restricted to a heavy human body as you are now. Many of
you will be experiencing the great transition of manifesting a
Christed Light body with the new frequency. Know that these changes
will occur simultaneously, and so the quantum leap for mankind and
dear Mother Earth will be achieved on many levels.
Know that mankind has no choice now but to change to this new
frequency of 13:20. and so bring about Heaven on Earth. Heaven on
Earth is already fully manifest in your consciousness, you just have
to allow it to be brought forward to manifest. Be the unlimited
perfection you truly are.
There are many now receiving messages of these upcoming events and we
feel that those ones who wish to listen will indeed be prepared.
Remember, there will always be those ones who will not be able to
accept these coming events and we are well prepared for this.
Your media, we see, is only interested at the moment, but as our
ships of Light begin to be seen over major cities, their interest
will be aroused, and they will begin to seek out ones like yourselves
to gain information. To begin with, they will sensationalize and seem
to run around in confusion quoting anyone who makes a statement.
Eventually they will search for the truth and it will reach the
people.
Governments will seek our advice and gain confidence as they find we
are able to help with old and continuing problems they have not been
able to solve. The military will wish to work alongside of us, but we
will insist that their capacity would be in the vein of working with
the people in service. Some may struggle with this. Government bodies
will be set up in unison with us, and we will act conjointly to
accomplish final solutions to problems. Abundance for all will be
flowing throughout all the lands, and happiness not experienced
before will sweep through all human beings.
Please be aware this event is what you wished to experience and now
your time has come. Light is at the end of the tunnel. You will
succeed, your are Divine, and now your time of knowing all, and being
what you wish, shall be your reality. Once we have landed, we will
continue to interact with you, and be a part of your lives. We will
be here to stay. Our intent is to continue to support your new world
as it experiences its growth and acceleration into a cosmic
civilization. We wish to be your companions and stand side by side to
bring about the great change of humanity and Mother Earth.
The Null Zone
Earth is to be transformed, quickly, into a paradise beyond compare.
Angels will be given the task of maintaining order. Within 12 hours
of the landing, training programs for everyone will be set up to make
us aware of what happens when we achieve full consciousness. They
have technology that can bring Light workers to full consciousness
within 16 hours. A fully conscious reality is quite different from
what we expect, and Light workers will be ready to help everyone to
adjust before the Photon Belt null zone arrives.
The Photon Belt is like a massive tornado of energy. As this new
energy hits your body, it will travel through all your cells and will
activate your dormant Pineal Gland and your body will begin to change
its DNA. A transformation will take place that will instantly heal
you. The crippled will walk, the blind will see, the deaf will hear,
and the distraught, lost and alone will be filled with joy. You will
quickly become telepathic.
The Photon Belt is more like a wave, actually, that will heal all
that is wrong in the entire solar system. The entire solar system
will become fully conscious, even the planets. All of this will
happen in a matter of hours...for some only minutes. The null zone
will be quick and could be a little uncomfortable, but you will be
fully conscious and in this state, you can make reality whatever you
want it to be. The null zone will not be a problem then.
