It's not a typo...I am giving away a new EP with brand new studio recordings FOR FREE. No catch...no gimmick...it's my early Christmas present to anyone who is interested in checking out some new music from Caleb Rowden. These are five songs that I absolutely love. They all have a special place in my heart. They're not throw-aways or leftovers. They are a part of my story of grace and redemption, and the feelings that came out of those moments.

Once you get there, you'll see some big blue font about half way down the page that says 'Download Album'. Click on that and follow the instructions and you're download will begin shortly thereafter. Here's what I am asking of EVERY ONE who downloads the EP. SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!!! The main point of releasing this EP is two-fold...one is to thank those who have been loyal fans of my music and ministry over the last seven years. The other is to expose some new people to that music and ministry. So if you are one of those said fans, help us continue to make music by spreading the word and inviting as many people as you can to download the EP. Hey everyone.
Wanted to take a second and share something with you that I am really excited about. I am embarking on a new tour called the 'Experiencing Worship' Tour. It is something pretty different from anything I've ever done in my touring career. The night is definitely designed with the church in mind. I love the local church and am passionate about doing whatever I can to help see it succeed. The night is intended to be a very intimate, yet dynamic, evening of worshipping God. In the midst of songs, I will sprinkle in some teaching about worship and how what we feel and experience on a Sunday morning can carry over to our everyday lives. It will just be me and an acoustic guitar and a bible...we'll sprinkle in some media here and there, but the night will be simple overall. We want it to be accessible for churches, regardless of their size or style.

We are currently beginning to book these shows and would love to come to your church. Don't assume that you can't afford bringing this event to your church either. We are wanting this to be a blessing to the Church and will do our best to work with anyone, anywhere! Let me start by wishing everyone a happy Labor Day weekend...or is it merry Labor Day weekend. Who knows.

Anyway, I wanted to keep everyone posted on what is going on in the Caleb Rowden camp. This week after Labor Day is a very busy one! Tomorrow, I get to  hang out with my wife and friends, which will be awesome!! Them Tuesday morning, I hop on a plane for La La Land...that's Los Angeles for those of you that aren't so up with the hip lingo! I am headed out there to write with a couple of guys from a band called 'The Daylights'. I haven't met them yet, but we have some mutual friends who have told me they are great guys and great songwriters. They have been out on tour with OneRepublic, Katy Perry, and some other folks, so I'm excited to see what we can come up with! Here is a link to their MySpace if you want to check them out.

 Then I will hop on a red eye from LA to Nashville on Wednesday night / Thursday morning to hook up with my boys Chris and Bryan Brown where we will proceed to magnificently record one of the songs we recently wrote together. I am quite stoked about this opportunity. I will have a little more input on this song than I have on some of the previous stuff, so that's exciting for me. Chris and Bryan are MUY talented guys!! Chris writes with some great guys in Nashville and plays a little music himself, and Bryan is getting ready to head out on tour playing guitar for Matt Redman on the fall Casting Crowns tour. So needless to say, they are talented guys and great friends, so I'm pretty stoked!! Here are some links to their goodness as well!

All that to say...I'm excited about what's to come! We are currently booking a run of shows called the 'Experiencing Worship' Tour where I come in to your Wednesday or Sunday evening service, play some acoustic songs and songs of my own, with some teaching on worship sprinkled in throughout.
