Hi, friends!
You may not know it yet, but Stonehoney are going to be on the road for most of the summer and probably coming to a town near you. We will have all of the dates posted soon, so make sure you check them out and spread the word.
  The problem is, we have some big gaps to fill and not a lot of time to fill 'em up. We are reaching out to you for help. We need show between July 5th and 10th in the NE Ohio or western/central New York State area. We also need to add a few New England dates (CT, RI, MA) for the week of July 20-22. We would love to find some eastern seaboard gigs for between August 7-14 (Nashville, Asheville, Knoxville, Virginia, etc.)
  We are looking for club gigs, summer festival, house concerts, back yard bar-b-ques with a generous tip bucket, you name it. But we really do need you help. Start asking around, send us leads and contact, anything will help. Please help us come to you and make all of our summer a little sweeter.

Hi all...

It's was a great year of ups, downs and in-betweens and we're excited about our plans for this new year of 2009. This band has been together for 3 years now, had a publishing deal, had a production deal (had is the key word) have toured all over the country and we find ourselves in a very interesting place these days...what next? The Nashville music business community is scared of us, there is no roots music scene worth a damn here in L.A. anymore so we've decided to join a handful of our friends and base ourselves in Austin, TX. We're going to spend a good amount of the year and beyond, on the road so we think it makes sense to make this move. We'll let you know how it goes.

All I can say about it at this point is that we're excited, we believe in the music we make that we call Stonehoney and we're willing to put it all on the line for what's possible.

We'll miss all of our friends here in L.A. and we promise to come back soon. Thanks for all of your support and we hope to see you at some or all of our L.A. shows in January. Come out and listen to some of the new music and give the send off we're expecting.

We are already planning a bunch of great stuff for 2009 including a trip out to Memphis for the Folks Alliance Conference and another SXSW week, pus a bunch of shows in between. Keep your eyes and ears open and you'll be seeing us soon...

We are so happy to announce that we will be hitting the road this week and heading out to visit a bunch of new places and return to see friends in some old haunts. Most of the dates are listed now on our myspace page. But, check back weekly, as more dates are still coming in.
We are so excited to get up the west coast this tour. San Francisco, Sisters, OR and Seattle will all be new stops for us. Chicago has shaped up to be a great weekend. We will be busy in Nashville for Americana week, rocking in Memphis at the Levitt Shell and super-stoked to get back down to Austin to see all of our beautiful friends there for the Austin City Limits festival.
Mark you calendars, get baby-sitters, spread the word. We are coming to your town and we promise to help you party down. Hope to see you soon!
