We would like to express our appreciation for Crusty's Pizza www.crustyspizzamccall.com .  BBR's show there last Sunday was a pinnacle for the band and we had a blast!

Not only did we have a great turnout  on Sunday, but the following Wed. one of the best bands out of anywhere and our favorite band to open for, Free Peoples  www.myspace.com/freepeoples really packed the place.

One of the most common questions we get is "how did you guys come up with your name?".  Answering this can be complicated as we don't always get the story straight.

    So here's the deal.  We are holding a contest.  Whom ever comes up with the best reason for our name will win a BBR T-shirt.  Keep in mind we are looking for the best answer, not the right answer.  Just post your aswer as a reply to this blog by Oct 1st, and we will have winner shortly after that.

This was the first time we played at Reef, and also the first time we have played in Boise in four months.  We opened for our friends Free Peoples from the bay area. They were magnificent as always and it is truly an honor to share the stage with such a talented band. 

  Reef  is a bar/restraunt with an outstanding stage and sound system, and some of the friendliest bartenders in the city of trees.  The only criticism I could give was the fact that there were dining tables smack dab in the middle of the dance floor, and if you have ever been to a Buckskin show you know that that will just not do.
   All in all, it was a great time and we look forward to playing at Reef again.
