Depression is an illness of the mind. It is where neurotransmitters in the brain are not balanced out. There is no way to overcome this illness without treatment and it can be serious and in some cases harmful.

Some of the symptoms of depression include:

- Feeling sad and upset a lot of the time.

- Thinking about the bad things in life and what has went wrong with your life.

- You feel like you're always weighing other people down and holding them back from having a good time.

Changing the way you feel about yourself. While this seems like it wouldn't work one of the best ways to fight this disease is to look at life with a positive attitude. What this means is to mentally tell yourself to stop sulking around and to think of all the good things that life has brought you.

Depression can be caused by abuse, bad feelings, and mental expectations that you can't meet. Verbal and mental abuse seems to be some of the leading causes of depression. Some scientists believe that depression is a way of the patient asking to be treated better by the people around them. Studies suggest that depression works, in a way to achieve that goal.

I left skool early wit tish n summer..We went to sums house, McD, left tish there.*tear*. went to rolla..stopped by friscos house..stayed there for like 30 mins..went to robs house...stayed there for like 20mins..RUSH (i mean RUSHED) back to stj to get KRISTY. (not saying y but she needed us)..Went back to rolla . Went to Wallmart (saw chels..hip hip horray)...went to Friscos house again...lol..stayed there for bout n hour...then drove home. me n sums were talkin bout my funeral..on who would be there..and wat they would say bout me...I REALLY DO WONDER THIS...sums told me wat she would say..I WONDER WAT EVERYONE ELSE WOULD SAY..SO TELL ME...

nobody got me n e thing for VD...even tho i did get ppl things..but i dont want NE THING N E WAYS...just for the fact of one sole person....hold up i did get sumthing from summer...she broke up wit rob...lol...he was a ass to her...and she deserves better...

As you might know I have changed my top friends. I did so because I don't know it seems like I have no friends anymore. Everyone has friends, but if they are true (I guess we never know until they prove it).

I have done so many things bad to all my friends and I could list at least one thing and their names:

Mandie: I let her down (everyone pretty much knows that story)

Tisha: We used to be VERY good friends, and I stopped likening her because of another friend, because I didn't want to fail them. I talked so much shit about her. But only to this friend. So it didn't get out to n e one. And I don't think she knows because if she did then why the hell would she talk to me. Do you just wish you could take it all back now?

That's all I want to talk bout tonight. Those two ppl. I am so damn tired.

I feel like I have lost everything. I try so hard to be there for my friends, and no one trys to be there for me in return. So why do I try so hard for my friends. For them just feel an ounce of happiness that I don't have in myself. Its because I HATE SEEING PPL NOT SMILE. I don't have much to smile for, and usually if I smile its real. But the other times I just smile b/c ppl smile when I smile. Or if n e body smile in general. I am getting tired of the same o same things. I am tired all together. And I am going to bed.

Someone wrote tat on a blog they wrote. I wont say who. and the other person they were talking about. but one of them were me.

I lost the most important person in my life back then (poo) and the person who wrote this and my best friend mikey were there 200% after i lost that person. We were tight. Our love was like how a fat kid loves cake. We were like pb&j. Mikey was the Peanut butter. the person who wrote the red part was JElly. and i was the bread (Pure White..lol) tat held it all together..jk..i am not consided..i was just comparing our friendship to food n shit...LIKE OUR FRIENDSHIP WAS LIKE SHIT is to THE ASSHOLE...with out the asshole how are you goin to shit? yah tats wat i thought..

but our friendship went COMPLETLY DOWN HILL since mikey was in flordia. Something happend in MO.. Me n mikeys friendship grew tho.

It workd out over the couple weeks.. and i started talkin to the person who wrote the blog..and then on a trip to stl ..we were talking about a limo for prom together. and i was talking to other ppl about it, like the ones tat r goin wit me..and some refused to go if one person goes.. AND IT IS NOT THIS GIRL..its a guy..So some words were said. but over all i wish none of this would of happend. I JUST WANT TO BE FRIENDS WITH HER. and i let her down like the rest of the world. she doesnt know this ..but she doesnt want to be friends with me anymore anyways ..i got my prom pic back.
