Hi there!

Havent blogged for a lil while, so I thought I'd jump on and share some thoughts.
We have a new single coming your way very soon(November), called "Nightmare."
It will be the first single from our 2nd album coming soon in 2010.
Nightmare's an evolution for us, as you will hear. We suprised ourselves in writing this song and I believe we'll reach a larger audience as well. I won't go on too much about the song, and let it speak for itself in November.

We teamed up also with good friend, Angel,(whom most might know from an awesome band called DOPE. He also plays in TEAM CYBERGEIST and GENITORTURERS)which is an honour that he did this for us, and popped our remix cherry. He added a nice edge to the track, which you will also hear very soon.

The single will also feature a remix from our kickass keyboardist, so get ready to go crazy!!!!!
Nightmare is our first offering from the new album, which again is an evolution. Get ready to hear some new twists and a hell of alot more groove......

DEVILUTION - Welcome (Review in Devolution Magazine, UK)
Name similarities aside, this Australian Industrial Rock band are making waves all over the place including on our covermount CD, so it's about time we reviewed their self released album.
'Welcome' is surprisingly good. First impressions when you see the cover art and more so the CD booklet is a little cheesy, but when the music kicks in it's a whole new ball game, albeit one that is probably loudly played against someone's garage in blatent disregard for the big sign saying 'No Ball Games'.
Stepping away from the current trend to go Goth with Industrial music, this settles comfortably into its grove of fun Rock guitars, frantic drumming and Industrial keyboards to create a seething and heavy sound with a nod to 80's Cock Rock. But they are not afraid to experiment and mix up styles such as on 'Goodbye World' which starts with an emphasis mainly on the Heavy Rock but then 'Revolution Devilution' has a distinctly Combichrist feel.
If you like your music to be fast paced and heavy and are looking for something new and fresh with a blend of styles that meld rather than just sound messy or disjointed then hey these guys could do with your cash and you will profit from their sound. All round win me thinks.

Image(Independent)
Welcome to the jungle... err… coal mine?
The image of a miner with a pretty scarf draped from the handle of
their pick axes seems fairly incongruous right? That’s the impression
given by putting in Devilution’s debut full-length, Welcome. The sound
of industrial rock meeting glam metal (no, not like Chinese Democracy),
the album features staple tracks from Devilution’s engaging live set.
The glam metal glitz of tracks like Bitch City is balanced against the
industrial dirge of Devil In Me and Revolution Devilution.
Unapologetically, Welcome isn’t going to be to everyone’s tastes – the
CD art and lyrical content of single Bitch City could be perceived as
sexist, and people with a hardened grudge against cock rock aren’t
likely to dig what the five-piece is doing. But fans of heavy rock who
like a bit of fun are likely to be salivating over Welcome’s crisp
production, layered guitar riffing and vocals ranging from Dave
Mustaine snarls to rock ballad crooning.
