sorry for the lack of updates!!!im going to be putting up a fansite and i need $10 donated (by someone or peoples) via paypal for the website set-up. The domain will cost approx $15 i think and im not sure if i have to pay for the web hosting and also i cant make layouts yet so i have to buy.
i might be going on a plan with www.surpasshosting.com but im not sure yet.
