From what started out as a very difficult start to 2008.......there is finally light at the end of the tunnel and the sun has defiantly got his hat on!

A strange subject title we know.......however we have thought it only right and proper to keep all Als friends and fans upto date with whats happening at the moment. Some of you may be aware he has been unable to reapond to many of your requests and messages!

Having returned from a recent trip to the far east Al suffered, unknown to him at the time, a DVT (Deep Vein Thrombisis). Soildering on through most of January things came to a head last Sunday night when he was rushed to hospital following horrendous chest and back pain which turned out to be a PE (Pulmonary Embolism).  Admitted to hospital for treatement Al is now recovering and making slow but good progress.

For those of you who know him personally he would like to pass on all his thanks and best wishes......he also apologises that there may now be some delay with his new recordings
