I'm back from Renegade Craft Fair in San Francisco, and let me say that it was an amazing weekend! Special thanks to the lovely Amy of Peptogirl Industries for letting me share a booth with her!

Here was our booth before the doors opened on Saturday:

It was a pretty good weekend for me. Saturday was better than Sunday. I did sell out of hats (yay!) and the coffee sweaters went fast on Saturday.

I also had a kindly older man request I knit him a hat out of some of my handspun yarn that I had on display. That totally made my Sunday!

There were so many amazing artists there and I didn't get to walk the entire grounds (even with two days to do it). I did end up walking out of Renegade with quite a haul of art prints and posters, and I'll be writing about those artists on indie*galore all this week. So head over there to read about the booty I took home with me.

A massive shop update should be coming soon, so stay tuned!

This is going to be kind of a long-term process (well, hopefully not too long-term), but I'm going to finally post some of my handspun yarn for sale online.

Yes, it's taken too long to do that! I usually just sell my yarns at shows I do. Maybe it's because I'm too lazy to take pictures? Whatever.

Here's the first listing, the Swamp Thing yarn:

It might take a little while for more yarn to come online, but at least that task is on my radar...

One of my new year's resolutions is to get my behind in gear and do more crafting. So I suppose this is a good start!

For some reason, I was sitting around at work today (yup, I work on weekends!) and randomly thought about these patterns that I submitted to Lion Brand about six months ago.

(Don't ask me why I thought of it. My brain is totally weird and random that way.)

Anyway, I decided to peruse the Lion Brand site, and lo and behold, I found my patterns! Check them out:

Wee Backpack

I totally got a kick out of seeing those. :)
