so recording an album is a lot of fun.  recording an album with a freshly broken heart is therapeutic.  thanks to Jeremy M.C.  the new (low ones) CD is right on track for the 9-9-09 release date.  with each note played and each track laid, a wound is healed, a hope is birthed and a truth is realized.  it will probably be 8 or 9 songs.  bust out the kleenex or wipe the tears on your sleeve.  a demo of a brand new song just got uploaded.  give it a listen.  all my love,  c.g.

So the older I get the less I seem to know.  The one thing I've figured out is that people tend to get what they need from a situation and then they move on.  All you can do is wish them luck and hope that they're at least honest about the how's and why's of the ending.  Sometimes that's just too much to ask.  August 1st starts the next chapter in the book of Low Ones.  We're playing a "transitional" gig at Redroom (free of course).  Please drop on by and hear some new songs.  All my love,  c.g.
