• "Where Belonging Happens," on April 3 at 7:00 p.m. at Selvester’s Café
(this is a unique Large Group... oh yeah...)

• The event is geared toward Chico students and staff who see all the different ways they could belong, but are curious to see if God has anything to do with our sense of being known and valued. Students and staff will be able to go through interactive stations where they can voice their opinions, and speaker Matt Hock will invite the audience to consider how God/spirituality might play a role in their sense of belonging. Everyone is welcome.

Five of us from InterVarsity will spend the summer in the Bay working with inner-city nonprofits, and we're trying to raising some money so that we can go. The summer program is called the Bay Area Urban Project (about 70 InterVarsity students from all over the place), and it's a pretty awesome summer internship experience. Stop by and we'd love to share more, as well as give you good stuff to snack on.
