FAQ's - Purchasing, Shipping, Returns

Hot Mama Jeans guarantees our products and workmanship. 

All items shown on Hot Mama Jeans are custom designed specifically for you and actual items shown are not available unless specified.

 Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received.

ALL ITEMS ARE CUSTOMIZED TO FIT YOU. 
ALL ITEMS SHOWN ARE USED FOR THE DESIGN OF YOUR CUSTOMIZE JEANS, TOPS, PURSES AND ALL OTHER ITEMS.

Any goods found defective must be returned to Hot Mama Jeans for replacement or credit within 10 days of goods shipping.  The original invoice must accompany the return.

Hot Mama Jeans will not assume responsibility for normal wear and tear, abuse or goods soiled through no fault of our own. 

Returned Items must be in the original condition for refund to apply.
Hot Mama Jeans will credit or exchange any product within 10 days of purchasing, in its original condition, if customer is not satisfied.
Goods are exchangeable up to 10 days  from date received and credited back at the same amount of the original sales price. 

 If there is nothing wrong with the product, but you want to return it anyway, there is a 15% restocking fee for orders within 30 days, 25% within 90 days.  We do not accept restock returns over 60 days.

Shipping charges are not refundable in such cases.  If it is a problem with the merchandise or a mistake in the order, however, there is no surcharge and shipping is refunded.

All items unless specified will be shipping these two methods.

Host A Hot Mama Party!

Make money while having a blast with your girlfriends, choosing from a wide variety of unique women's apparel and accessories, or getting custom apparel made to fit you.

Hostess:

• No Cost to Host a Party!

• Hostess will receive 20% of profit.

• Hostess is required to provide all party provisions.

• You must be at least 18 years old to host a Hot Mama Party.

• Must call to schedule a party, no less than two weeks in advance.

• A minimum of 8 - 10 people is required. (Please call if minimum cannot be met.)

Consultant:

• Hot Mama Parties are intended for women only. (at hostess' discretion)

• 2 Hour Minimum/ 5 Hour Maximum time on all parties. (flexible)

• Materials and Clothing will be set up one hour previous to party.

• Notification of cancellations must be received one week before party.
