Hi,
when the touring was over this summer, in august some nearly a hundred shows since the debut album release, I found myself sort of restless, comfortably bored and somewhat sentimental and I felt the need of rounding up this amazing year with something Ive wanted to do for a long time. So I recorded some songs I find truly very beautiful and hoped 'songs I wish I had written' would let me release them. Fortunately this great label is as much into the persuit of beauty as I am, so this ep will be released the 3rd of december this year 2008.

Im not sure yet wether there will be any concerts, maybe one, I dont know, we'll see what happens.

The date of release for the debut album is set, wednesday the 16th of January it will be in the hands of anyone, almost a year after the first recordings began. Its been an amazing year, and I realize nothing was really in shape a year ago, and that it all came together this year with the great support of Martin Thörnkvist of Songs I Wish I Had Written, the Ark, Pikko and most of all the people who came to the concerts, cheered me on and really fueled the whole thing, you're amazing. Hopefully I'll see all of you soon again as dates for touring are being set! And of course I'll keep everyone posted on the release party for the album, when where how.. Lets celebrate our heads off

Hey gorgeous people! Within a week a date will be set for the release of my debut album, simply entitled "Moto boy". Its due in january, and I´ll post the date as soon as its set. And of course there will be a fabulous celebration party somewhere, with some sweet concerts, lots of sweet drinks and suggestive lighting, I´ll get back to you on that as well. I´ve spoken to my booking agency and there will be touring in the spring (probably as soon as in february!), and hopefully, as it seems, I´ll be coming to wonderful Finland as well, that would be fucking great, and maybe if everything works out right there will even be concerts in europe.. Right now Im working with Pikko on new songs and livesets, tomorrow theres a concert in Gothenburg at Ladyfest thats gonna be real sweet. I miss you all and I cant wait to get back on the road and meet you again.. Bisou//Oskar

..so this tour with the Ark is over, a bit sad since it´s been such a wonderful trip and I´ve met so many fantastic people. But Im far from done with those guys, we´re gonna do many more great things together, time will show what. I cant express enough how happy I am for all support and kindness the people at and arround the concerts has shown me and how wonderful you are. thank you thank you thank you, lets do this again soon shall we! Hopefully, when the album is released, (sometime in january!) I will be able to go back to all great places I´ve visited now and meet all of you great people again. As soon as I know anything more precise I´ll post it here on my profile. For now I´ll put my Oscar on a shelf in my livingroom and plan something nice for next time we all meet. ..back in sweden, the first part of the tour finished, the european part. its been wonderful, and everywhere we've been people have been extremely nice to us. even though Im happy to be home and to get some rest, I cant wait until its time to go back to all nice european cities again. All you sweet people who've come to the shows, written me emails, posted comments, greeted me after concerts, overall supported my guestappearance in the ark, thank you, I love you, you've made me feel welcome and happy. cant wait to see you again!

Firstly, endless congratulations to Jepson and miss C for their coming parenthood! Really, its an awesome thing, becoming parents, whoa!. And I wish Jepson a wonderful paternal leave. I was asked to be his stand-in guitarist for the european/finland tour of fall 07, starting in hamburg 27september, and Im flattered and honoured to do it. And in finland I'll take on the part as supporting act as well, great fun. I always kind of wanted to play that kind of extravagant glammy rock thing, even though its quite different from my own thing. And since my album is very nearly finished (finally!!) I can indulge completely in this exstatic odyssey, and hopefully they (the arkses) wont find me too annoying.. Anyways, for those of you who've asked for us (me + ark) to do more shows together this should be something extra. Again, huge congrats to Jepson and C!! cheers n beers//oskar
