White Girl is slang for “Cocaine”. The song White Girl by LTC is referring to cocaine as  “White Girl” it’s not making the comparison between a white woman and cocaine.

Simply, Cocaine is rapped about like it is a girl. Some artists like Nas and Chamillionaire have written similar songs that refer to “Money” as a girl.
