This is what it’s all about. I love ABE!!

As you begin telling the story differently, it is our promise to you
that the Universe will back your story up with evidence.

Abraham-Hicks Feb 3, 2008 Los Angeles

This is exactly how I got rid of my "allergies". I started telling the story that I did not have allergies and the universe began to give me evidence that backed that up!!  It really was just that easy! I wish I could remember everything and ALL things are just that easy!

Have a miraculous weekend!

I was just talking to a friend about how I think I still have some issues about making money requires work, and needs to feel like work. I find myself leaving the fun and easy marketing things I do (even though they are working) for something that requires building, work and other things I don’t enjoy as much. Isn’t that crazy?

I got two quotes in my mailbox today that I think the Universe sent me to deal with this and I thought I’d share them with you, as well as a great Pranayama breathing exercise video.

Here ya go!

"What you are, the world is. And without your transformation, there can be no transformation of the world." —J. Krishnamurti

Next one is from Abe ~

Don’t make it hard. Pay attention to the way you feel. Reach for the best
feeling thought you can find from wherever you are, and off you go in the
direction of all things that you want!

And what you are going to discover, once you begin to deliberately apply
this just for a little while, just a little bit, you’re going to begin to
discover all things that you want are not only possible, but they are in
your immediate vicinity.

It’s jut a matter of adjusting your vibration a little bit, and then a
little bit, and then a little bit until you come into vibrational range.

You are vibrational beings... We watch you, you’re picky about what you eat and SLOPPY about what you think... They complain... We see them ragging on and on all day long, while they carefully eat specific things.

Tend to your vibration. When you tend to your vibration, you will be
inspired to everything that is appropriate for you.

Washington, DC 5/12/07

I just love Abe ~ it’s always spot on.  I also received a link to this great breathing exercise to help manage stress. Which was greatly needed today as well.

Here’s thePranayama Breathing Exercise Video

Today, I’m drinking from my saucer, because my cups RUNNING OVER!!!

Have a spectacular day.

Namaste.

I just received an email letting me know I'm a Top Momma. If you aren't familiar with Top Momma it is a neat little site designed to drive traffic to your website. Top Momma is basically a square broken up into smaller squares.

Each square is a picture. Each picture is linked to a website.  Your picture stays in the square by having the most clicks and referrals... Top Momma Code Begins -->I'm a Top Mommma!.. Top Momma Code Ends -->You simply apply to be on the site ~ give them your url and a super cute picture and they will notify you when you get on the site they will notify you.  Then you notify everyone you know to go and click on your super cute picture. While everyone else in the square is doing the same thing you pick up extra traffic.

The key is your picture. You have to have a cute or interesting picture that is going to make people want to click. This is the picture I chose this time ~ and the one to look for and click on. top momma photo

Please help me out and go check out Top Momma. It's fun and easy ~ sign up so you can be a Top Momma too!My other blog made top momma last week and I only managed to stay on for a day ~ let's keep me a top momma for at least 2 this time!!

Thanks,

When you get to be top momma ~ come back and post a comment and I'll stop by and click you!

This is not my normal post, but I really need your help~

A long long time ago I signed up at Top Momma. It's a site that helps you get traffic to your blog. I promptly forgot all about it, until this morning.  I received an email saying I was TOP MOMMA!

Let me tell you how this works. It's a really simple and fun idea. There's a square of 25 boxes on the site. In each box is a picture.  Each picture takes you to a Momma's Blog.  You get to stay Top Momma (and in the square) by the number of clicks you get on your picture as well as other moms you refer to Top Momma.

Here's where I need you help. Please go to Top Momma and look for this picture of Hanna:

and Click It!

That's all, it's that simple. When you click it will take you to my blog, and I will get credit for the clicks.

If you are a Momma Blogger you might want to sign up to be Top Momma yourself. It's free and pretty fun to see your picture up there in the top spot. The key is picking a really cute/interesting picture people are going to want to click on.

I'll let you know how much traffic I get from this.

Thanks again!

Current mood:  happy

Almost everyone has heard the hit single 'Don't Worry, Be Happy' by Bobby McFerrin. The song has a very catchy way of conveying its message of being happy to everyone. Bobby Mcferrin's simple message made a lot of people happy by telling them not to worry.

Living a happy, resilient and optimistic life is wonderful, and is also good for your health. Being happy actually protects you from the stresses of life. Stress is linked to top causes of death such as heart disease, cancer and stroke.

One of the better things ever said is - 'The only thing in life that will always remain the same is change', and in our life we have the power to make the necessary changes if we want. Even if we find ourselves in an unbearable situation we can always find solace in the knowledge that it too would change.

Social networks or relationships are essential to happiness. People are different, accept people for who or what they are, avoid clashes, constant arguments, and let go of all kinds of resentments. If arguments seem unavoidable still try and make an effort to understand the situation and you might just get along with well with

Happiness is actually found in everyone, increasing it is a way to make a life more wonderful and also more healthy.

To be happy is relatively easy, just decide to be a happy person. Abraham Lincoln observed that most people for most of the time can choose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, how bright or dull their outlook to be. The choice is simple really, choose to be happy.

There are several ways by which you can do this.

Being grateful is a great attitude.  We have so much to be thankful for. Thank the taxi driver for bringing you home safely, thank the cook for a wonderful dinner and thank the guy who cleans your windows. Also thank the mailman for bringing you your mails, thank the policeman for making your place safe and thank God for being alive.

News is stressful. Get less of it. Some people just can't start their day without their daily dose of news. Try and think about it, 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Starting the day with bad news does not seem to be a sensible thing to do.

A religious connection is also recommended. Being part of a religious group with its singing, sacraments, chanting, prayers and meditations foster inner peace.

Laugh and laugh heartily everyday.  Heard a good joke? Tell your friends or family about it. As they also say -'Laughter is the best medicine'.

Express your feelings, affections, friendship and passion to people around you. They will most likely reciprocate your actions. Try not to keep pent up anger of frustrations, this is bad for your health. Instead find ways of expressing them in a way that will not cause more injury or hurt to anyone.

Working hard brings tremendous personal satisfaction. It gives a feeling of being competent in finishing our tasks. Accomplishments are necessary for all of us, they give us a sense of value. Work on things that you feel worthy of your time.

Learning is a joyful exercise. Try and learn something new everyday.  Learning also makes us expand and broaden our horizons. And could also give us more opportunities in the future.

Run, jog, walk and do other things that your body was made for. Feel alive.

Use affirmations or a vision board

Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins and hazardous places.

These are the few simple things you can do everyday to be happy.

And always remember the quote from Abraham Lincoln, he says that, "Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be."

Have a wonderful day, and be happy!

Meditation refers to a state where your body and mind are consciously relaxed and focused.  Practitioners of this art report increased awareness, focus, and concentration, as well as a more positive outlook in life.

Meditation is most commonly associated with monks, mystics and other spiritual disciplines.  However, you don't have to be a monk or mystic to enjoy its benefits. You don't even have to be in a special place to practice it.  You can even try it in your own living room!

Although there are many different approaches to meditation, the fundamental principles remain the same.  The most important  is removing obstructive, negative, and wandering thoughts, and calming the mind with a deep sense of focus.  This clears the mind of debris and prepares it for a higher quality of activity.

The negative thoughts you have, whether it's noisy neighbors, annoying officemates, that parking ticket you got, and unwanted spam, or screaming toddlers,  are said to contribute to the 'polluting' of the mind, and shutting them out is allows for the 'cleansing' of the mind so that it may focus on deeper, more meaningful thoughts.

Some practitioners even shut out all sensory input and try to detach themselves from the commotion around them.  You may now focus on a deep, profound thought if this is your goal.  It may seem deafening at first, since we are all too accustomed to constantly hearing and seeing things, but as you continue this exercise you will find yourself becoming more aware of everything around you.

If you find the meditating positions you see on television threatening – those with impossibly arched backs, and painful-looking contortions – don't worry.  The idea here is to be in a comfortable position conducive to concentration.  This can be sitting cross-legged, standing, lying down, and even walking.

If the position allows you to relax and focus, then that would be a good starting point.  While sitting or standing, the back should be straight, but not tense or tight.  In other positions, the only no-no is slouching and falling asleep.

Loose, comfortable clothes help a lot in the process since tight fitting clothes have a tendency to choke you up and make you feel tense.

Your meditation space should have a soothing atmosphere.  It may be in your living room, or bedroom, or any place that you feel comfortable in.  You might want an exercise mat if you plan to take on the more challenging positions.  You may want to have the place arranged so that it is soothing to your senses.

Silence helps most people relax and meditate, so you may want a quiet, isolated area.  Turn off the phones, stop the washer, put the kids down for a nap! Pleasing scents can also help you relax as well. Whether you use candles or insence if you find it relaxing use it!

The monks you see on television making those monotonous sounds are actually performing their mantra.  This, in simple terms, is a short creed, a simple sound which, for these practitioners, holds a mystic value.

Don't worry you don't need a mantra to meditate,  however, it would pay to note that focusing on repeated actions such as breathing, and humming help the practitioner enter a higher state of consciousness. You could also make your own mantra, something as simple as OM on your inhale and God on your exhale will work quite well.

The principle here is focus.  You could also try focusing on a certain object or thought, or even, while keeping your eyes open, focus on a single sight, such as a candle flame.

One sample routine would be to – while in a meditative state – silently name every part of you body and focusing your consciousness on that part. While doing this you should be aware of any tension on any part of your body.  Mentally visualize releasing this tension.  It works wonders.

Studies have shown that meditation  brings about beneficial physiologic effects to the body.  And there has been a growing consensus in the medical community to further study the effects of meditation.  So in the near future, who knows, that mystical, esoteric thing we call meditation might become a science itself!

Starting a meditation practice can seem overwhelming. A nice cushion or some other props can help get you started... Once you get started, you will find you never want to stop!

"How to Attract Love Through Affirmations"
- By Jeff Staniforth

==========================================

Love is that ethereal experience that makes us feel completely
alive. Where every sense is heightened, every emotion is
magnified, our everyday reality is transcended, and life seems
worthwhile. Love is the ultimate nourishment of the soul.

It is said that the entire array of human needs is rooted in our
need for love. Our yearning for fame, fortune and material things
all boil down to our need to be acknowledged, respected, admired
- and above all, loved.

No truer words have been said than those that George Sand wrote:
"There is only one happiness in life, to love and be loved."

The good news is, you can develop the skill to live a full and
joyful life, enhanced by love -- and experience all the profound
manifestations that love brings. Employing positive, loving
affirmations will help you develop that skill.

Following are some loving affirmations you can use to attract,
embody, give, receive and reap the rewards of love. As I've
mentioned in the previous issue of this newsletter, choose the
affirmations that feel appropriate to you -- those that resonate
with you, or strike an emotional chord. It is important that the
words feel comfortable to you and are in line with who you are.
Feel free to create one for your specific need by substituting
other words that have special meaning to you:

* I am a radiant being filled with light and love.
* I love and accept myself exactly as I am.
* I now express love to all those I meet.
* I am a radiating center of divine love.
* Divine love is working through me now.
* I bathe in the unconditional love of my Creator
* Love radiates from me at all times.
* I love myself completely.
* Love comes to me easily and effortlessly.
* I give and receive love easily and joyfully.
* Others love me easily and joyfully.
* I now feel loved and appreciated by my parents, my friends.
* I express love freely
* As I give love, I am instantly supplied with more.
* I radiate love to all persons and places and things.
* People are just waiting to love me, and I allow them.
* I breathe in universal love.
* I attract loving, beautiful people into my life.
* I always deserve love.
* I am attracting loving relationships into my life.
* I project love to everyone I meet.
* I love and approve of myself.

The last affirmation in the above list, "I love and approve of
myself," is one that Louise Hay (healer, minister, and author of
"Heal Your Body" and many other life-transforming books)
recommends.

TIP: There is a little-known technique for taking the power of
affirmations to the highest level -- so that manifesting your
desires becomes *automatic* and easy. It is by combining
affirmations with 7 of the most powerful manifestation
technologies - visualization, alpha sound technology, subliminal
technology, sentence completion, assignment writing/goal setting
and whole brain wave synchronization.

Sounds daunting - but you can easily do this by using a first-of-
its-kind software program that seamlessly integrates affirmations
with the 7 powerful technologies to create a full "everything you
need to succeed" approach to producing the results you want at
unprecedented speed. It's really easy - if you can turn on your
computer, you can use Sculptor. Go to http://www.affirmware.com
to take it for a test drive.

What an exciting time  we live in right now! It used to be regarded as "weird" or "airy fairy" to talk about vibrational energy, Law of Attraction and your thoughts becoming things. But this is rapidly changing due to movies like "what the bleep…" and "The Secret". Although it will still take some time for these ideas to become truly mainstream we are absolutely getting there. I just feel like things are changing… even my most down to earth, skeptical friend who would previously just have laughed at me for even just suggesting to watch a movie like "The Secret", actually really enjoyed it! Although he still had some remarks he accepted the general idea.

One thing he mentioned was absolutely spot on. He said "yes, it is all good thinking of certain things, wanting these things to happen en really feeling as if you have them… but you still need to actually DO something, right? It is not just going to happen by sitting on the couch thinking of it".

I completely agree with him. You might know this saying: "God gave us the light, but we still need to switch on the light switch…". Meaning that by having positive thoughts, visualizing your goals and feeling really good about them, you create a clearing for your dreams to become reality; it is crucial you do that  and then you need to take certain actions towards achieving those dreams.

It is like setting up the decor, switching on the lights, turning on the music for a play….but you still need the actors to actually perform the play! So it is certainly not enough to just spend all day visualizing your goals being achieved and feeling wonderful about them. A certain level of action in the direction of your goals is required. More importantly, these actions need to be the actions you would take as if you have already achieved your goals.

James Ray (of "The Secret") says: "Step forward, taking action in the direction … not where you are currently, but moving forward and saying, 'Okay, if this is who I'm becoming, then what action would I take right now if I were already there?'"

So BE the person you wish to become, take the actions that fit that person and you will eventually HAVE what that person has. This equates to "Be, Do, Have". For instance, your goal might be to make a certain amount of money with your business. For example, you could put an image of a cheque for that amount on your Vision Board combined with images and affirmations relating to how your life will be when you have that income. By doing this you might for example attract some amazing customers who place an order. In the most basic of basics, you will still need to take that order, process it and make sure your customers get their products. And you will do this in the most professional way, just like someone who makes that kind of money would! So, if you Be the person that earns that kind of money (for instance: someone who makes that kind of money is someone who is being "prompt and professional in their dealings"), you Do like that person would do (so you would process their orders fast and correct), and you will then eventually Have that income.

Another example: you might get an email with an invitation for a certain networking event. The action would be to go to this event in order to for example meet another company that turns out to be looking for someone just like you to work with. Now, attending the event might normally scare you because you think you are a shy person. But when you realize that the person you wish to become is confident, you will go and will therefore reap the rewards by meeting that person.

By first visualizing your goals you send a message to the universe, which in turn will orchestrate the right events and people to show up in your life to make those goals happen. You then need to turn up and take the right action in the direction of your goal and be the person you want to become. I trust you get the idea.

Have a look at the goals you have set for yourself and think about which actions you can take to make those goals happen. What actions can you take today, to get closer to your goals? Think about who you need to be being in order for these goals to manifest into your life. When you visualize you having achieved them and open your mind, the right action steps will come to you. Just trust what is happening and take the action.
