Good news for USA fans of anderson... Our latest album - It Runs In The Family, will be released in North America by Urban and Lazar Records in June! And... Our new album 'it runs in the family' is doing very well. Our latest single 'trevor * on the dancefloor' has been on high rotation now on MTV Brand new for 7 weeks in a row now. Also, national radiostations keep on spining the track (3FM, KinkFM, Studio Brussels). On top of that, the song has been nominated for the '3voor12 song of the year contest'. We're very happy to announce that our new record is just released in Japan by THISTIME RECORDS! So from now on, our Japanese fans can buy the limited postcard edition - Japanese print, including two bonus tracks (Mr & Mrs Benson + Top of the Hill - Findel Remix). The record can be found in all the big record stores (like HMV and Tower Records). The record is also available online at the Thistime Records online store and at Amazon Japan. And of course at Japanese iTunes.

Here in the Netherlands Trevor is doing really well. He reached the charts (highest newcomer in KinkFM top 40) and Dutch MTV is playing the video next week!!

We're proud to announce that anderson will fly to Tokyo for a few shows in Japan! Of course we will keep you updated about our new adventures on our myspace and other weblogs by posting tourdiaries, pictures and videos.

Right now, we're recording the vocal tracks for our second album @ the mailmen studios in Utrecht. We expect to release our new album in the fall of 2008!

We had a wonderful time in the more northern parts of Sweden. We played at the wonderful Popblaster festival and we had some extra time to get inspired for some fresh anderson tunes. How lovely...

Last week we spent some time in a quiet cabin in the Dutch province of Zeeland. To enjoy the Dutch indian summer, to walk our dog, to watch nice movies, to think things over, to write, write and write. We're very happy with the new ideas that are being born as we speak. Our new album is scheduled to be released somewhere in 2008 so you guys will have to be patient for a little longer. But this is going to be well worth the wait! In the meanwhile you can always buy the Japanese version of our debut album =)
