Jack Daniel’s is back on the road for 2009 with a rousing troop of bands charging their way through the music scene. BBC’s ‘Sound of 2009’ Little Boots, The Guardian’s ‘One To Watch’ VV Brown, Zane Lowes ‘Top Tip’ The Brute Chorus and YouTube maverick Esser are just some of the exciting young bloods on the line up.
Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey launched The JD Sets just six years ago as part of their celebrated association with music which started back in 1892 when Mr. Jack himself launched the New Silver Cornet Ban. The nationwide series of gigs are dedicated to bands on their way up and have so far played host to artists such as The Wombats, Futureheads, Fight Like Apes and The Hours.
You can win tickets to The JD Set in Glasgow plus a Jack Daniel’s Goody Bag which includes a JD Set Tour T-shirt and a Jack Daniel’s key ring. Just answer the following question:

1. The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only excluding employees of the Promoter, title, their families, agents and anyone else connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. To enter, complete and submit the entry form on this site.
4. Entries to be received no later than 27th February.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are delayed or not delivered.
7. There is one prize of a pair of tickets to the JD Set gig at ABC2, Glasgow taking place on the 6th March 2009.
8. The winner will also receive a goody bag with various items to include as a JD Set Tour T-shirt signed by a band from the first tour in November 08, a JD Keyring and a CD signed by Don Letts.
9. Prize winner and guest will be provided with one drink voucher per person that can be redeemed for a 25 ml serving single at the JD Set they attend.
10. The prizewinner and their guest will need to confirm they are over 18 before taking up the prize.
11. Neither transport nor accommodation is included in the prize.
12. Prize winners will be notified by telephone and email by 2nd March. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner, should the original winner and guest not validate their identity or age within 24 hours of prize notification, or if they are contactable following Promoter’s reasonable efforts within the same period.
13. The prize draw will be supervised by an independent person and will take place on 2nd March at midday.
14. The prizewinner will be the first names drawn at random from all valid entries. The winners' details can be obtained for 6 weeks only by sending an SAE to “Jack Daniel's / title, JD Set”, Spring PR, 301b/c Aberdeen House, Aberdeen Centre, 22-24 Highbury Grove, London N5 2EA.
15. The prizewinner and guest may be required to participate in future publicity.
16. Each prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to any entrants, the prizewinners or any third party.
18. The Promoter also reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
