Lushious and D R G have done an amazing job producing and engineering the sound of EN MI VIDA - the album sounds fantastic and is available now at our main website widescreenband.net Follow the link and fork out a tenner - it's worth it. Great to listen to and be happy, or crank it up and dance.
Borderline last night was kicking. The Popes were sweet and wild - yep both. fiddle to die and sigh for from Ben and Paul Mad-dog McGuinness is an amazing fiery front man . well worth catching live - thanks to Charlie for fixing it for us, I've got to go now, cos Rolf Harris has just started presenting Have I got news For You and he supported us on Sunday. Oh yes. Well we were on the bill together.... already I can say with some confidence he should stick to dead dogs and didgereedoos. I can see what it is and it's a didgereedon't right now...owch.

Hola amigos
Our new album, En Mi Vida, is just about finished. I figure it will be available sometime around the beginning of April. We're working on new songs for the live set and including a lot more singing . . . good fun!

well . . . making any creative project come alive and satisfy everyone involved is no easy task. We're now working our way through the inevitable changes created by recording 'live material'. Such as: discovering that things that worked in front of an audience don't always carry the same impact or musical interest when just listened to. We're having to make some brutal choices with long established arrangements but, although painful at times, I feel the music is benefiting greatly! David.

Amigos, another track has been completed and we are starting on a third! Larry, Charlotte and I have been in a creative pressure cooker for the past week and I'm always relieved when we finish a new mix with the general agreement that we're satisfied with it - no straightforward task, but getting easier. I guess all the work over the past two years is beginning to show. David

It's been awhile alright. Our new video has just been posted on our website www.widescreenmusic.net and is viewable now. We've also been recording our first album for the last three weeks with another six weeks to go I figure. It's time consuming but such fun . . . and it kicks ass! I won't wait so long to post next time.

Well, here in London winter seems to have arrived early. We're just starting a few new projects - a promo dvd and new music for a revamped live show. Larry's discovered a considerable flair for the cajon which will be incorporated into the mix and definitely more accordian. Let the sun shine this coming weekend for the Bird Meadow festival and all really will be well.

Hola everyone
been a while since I've said hello. The band took a much needed holiday and we rehearsed for the first time today. It was good, we all feel refreshed.! We're off in the 'Lushmobile' friday, traveling down to bestival, camping overnight and playing sat about 1pm. Looking forward to it.
