Hi gang. So our new album will come out later in the year, but we have a new single coming out in a couple of months called "Bones". We just got the final master yesterday and figured we'd put it up here for all of you to groove to. We also put up the two tracks that will accompany it on the single- a totally remixed and very groovy version of "Robert Downey Jr." and "Tudor Man", a song that was written and recorded in the middle of one very drunk night by myself, Sparrow, and Anders la Guerre.
As you can tell from the first two songs, the new album is gonna be a more rockin affair, however, we don't ever wanna lose the charm of the simple songs on the last album, so we still do tunes like "Tudor Man"
Hope you like them.
Indy

We are about to finish the last song on our second album and it will be sooo good! Not sure when it will be released but it shouldn't take too long now... It will be worth the wait though, you have our word for that! Talk soon! /Southside Stalkers

So, within ten days we will play three groovy shows in Stockholm! The first one, the 16th, is a classic Southside Stalkers-show with full liveband at Sugar Bar. It will be a very rocking show! The second one is a lo-fi show (but still very groovy) and Nada, the 18th. We will play as a two-piece but some boys from our live-band will join us in different songs. The third one is at Mosebacke, the 25th, and that will be with a full band as well! Although we will have a different keyboard-player but who will notice?! At Mosebacke there will be other bands as well. Don't miss this, a chance in a lifetime!

A new song up, a fresh hot one straight from the Southside Stalkers oven! It’s called Robert Downey Jr. for no reason actually, we played it once at a rehearsal and in the middle of the song Sparrow left the room and came back telling that she just read an article (no wonder why our rehearsals take forever..) about Robert Downey Jr. and that the song should be called that. Enjoy!
Yours truly, Southside Stalkers

Hello dear people,
We don’t know if there still is people who’s checking our page, if there still is some Southside Stalkers-love out there, cause we’ve been very bad with taking care of you.. We are very sorry for that and we’ll get better, that’s a promise.
When we released our first album "Sound of Speed" we thought that we had the whole world at our feet, and that it was just to go and get it. Oh man were we wrong?! Everything that could go wrong did just that; it all went completely wrong! We had/have bad luck with finding good and loyal bandmembers, the recordlabel didn’t give the suppost we so badly wanted and needed. They were (and still are) really great guys and we still love them, but you won’t get anything done with just love... Distribution-companies fucked up, bookers was hard to work with and at some point we were on our knees, scratching it and didn’t think that we would ever bother to raise again. Sparrow started her solo-project Doctors & Dealers, Indy wrote film-scripts and even if we didn’t say it out loud, I think we all were doubtful about the future for Southside Stalkers. But then suddenly, we went back to where we started, we recorded the first album in two weeks without any support and we could do it again! With more experience than ever, we threw our bitterness and heartache in the garbage and started to do what we both like the most - record music without thinking of what other people will think about it!! And now it was freakingly fun again!
So now we are back! We have almost the first half of the second album recorded and we are hoping that we can release it later this year!:) And from now on we’ll take better care of, all the two of you that still read our blog!;)
The world is at our feet, woohoo!!
Your truly,
Southside Stalkers

We have, finally, one song finished from our forthcoming album up! It's called "Not able" and is a song about cheating, lying, hurting other peoples feelings, begging and all these natural things that happans to us every day (note to self: stop watching all these daytime-shows, this might not be a "it happens all the time"-problems to normal working people) Aaanyhow, we are very, very proud of this song (you'll understand why when you listen to it!), and the song is also part of our new rocking sound! Damn these bongos that we used on the first album, now it's time for the real shit!!
Stay in touch, more songs to come!
Love,
Southside Stalkers
