BEAT LICENSING INFO
Non-Exclusive License (Lease) ($25) - You are permitted to use the beat for unlimited projects and purposes, except reselling the beat by itself. Leasing of an instrumental entitles you to a single mix down of the said track in High Quality 320kbps Mp3 format / studio .wav file. This license grants you (purchaser) the ability to use the said material toward multiple applications including but not limited to: Mixtapes, Radio play, DVDs, CDs with small scale distribution (1000-5,000 copies or less), and websites. The leasing of a track does not entitle the purchaser to any copyrights of the said material.
Exclusive License ($300) - You are permitted to use the beat for unlimited projects and purposes, except reselling the beat by itself. The beat will no longer be offered for sale to anyone else. See below for Track Separation options.
Track Separation ($50/beat) - You will receive individually separated sound files/instruments for in-depth mixing and mastering purposes.

Q. Will my beat be longer than the snippets I hear on the site?
A. Yes, every track comes full length and ready for your project. Typically between 3-4 minutes long.
Q. When will I receive my beat order?
A. Once payment has cleared, you will receive an email within a few hours. If you're purchasing an exclusive track or custom beat.. please allow 24-48 hours.
Q. What file type will my beat be in?
A. High Quality 320kbps encoded MP3 file of the song, untagged (free of soundmarks) and a Studio .wav file. You'll receive an email from yousendit.com with your download link.
Q. I'm a CFRN Premium Member. Do I still get 50% OFF?
A. Yes, however you discount needs to be applied to an "Exclusive Tracked Out" beat. $25 leases are not eligible.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal & Money Orders.
Q. Can you modify the beat for me?
A. Yes. Every beat comes automatically arranged, however if you need simple modifications like arranging the song in a particular format
i.e intro/8 bar verse/4 bar chorus etc.. that can be done for a small fee of $25.
Q. Can you send the beat on CD?
A. Yes, for $5 you can request via email your beat(s) on CD and mailed to you.
Q. Do you make custom tracks from scratch?
A. Yes. Custom tracks start at $500. Please use the contact link so we can discuss your specifications.
Q. How does the Flexible Payment Plan Option work?
A. BBO's Flexible Payment Plan option is available on all exclusive beats and gives you the ability to make monthly payments. Decide on the beat(s) you'd like to purchase and
email me their title(s). You'll receive a High Quality 320kbps encoded MP3 file of the song, untagged (free of soundmarks) when your first payment has cleared. Once paid in full, you'll receive a zip file containing: studio wav, track separated and your agreement.
Please note: If balance is not paid within the agreed upon timeframe, the beat will be relisted for sale on the site as there are NO partial credits or refunds.
