Live review in Desibeli.net. (In finnish only). "Yhtyeen ylilyödyn asiallinen imago, komeasti toiminut yhteensoitto ja napakat soundit (erityismaininta Kid Karoshin
tyylikkäästä vintage-särösoundista!) saivat puolelleen. Tämän keikan
perusteella Karoshi Loversilta on tulevaisuudessa odotettavissa paljon
- toivottavasti Ms. Stress, Kid Karoshi ja Joy-R eivät vaan työskentele itseään hengiltä."

It was at the first rehearsals after the German/Austrian tour when Joy-R shocked me once again. He didn't say anything but I was shivering the first moment I saw him, wondering why. Then I realised his moustache: it didn't exist. - Oh boy, I said and sat down. Joy-R smiled and Ms. Stress was testing her new in-ear monitor system, seeing nothing, saying nothing (like always).
Before these frightening moments I felt pretty good: tour in Germany was really nice, and we'd had a little break from the music right after that. So I'd had time to concentrate on my personal life (aka dayjob). After couple of weeks I'd had enough of that and felt pretty good to pick up my guitar again... Gosh.
I felt that Joy-R was reading me like an open book (like always) and I wasn't really surprised when he started to talk (as if I had made a question).
- Look, Joy-R said. - I know that changing your look right after the album release is not the most correct thing to do, but I was so curious I couldn't help myself.
- Curious, I said. - Curious about what?
- I haven't told this before, Joy-R replied behind his drum kit. - But when we started this band I saw a dream - or actually I heard it. It was one of those blank dreams of mine, you know: only black emptiness with some kind of voice.
(Oh my god, I thought, here we go again. Blank dreams, of course. Joy-R must have been talking with his... ehm... soul?)
- That voice was clear, as usually, Joy-R continued. - It told me that the substance of the Karoshi Lovers will be my moustache - and nothing but my moustache. As long as my beard and moustache are growing, the substance of the band is growing as well. And as we know, it's been just like that. But within couple of last weeks I've felt that it's time to renew, and I felt that cutting my moustache is the fastest way to do it. And - as I said - I got very curious about that substance thing. If my dream doesn't come true, we've made a considerable renewal. And if it does come true and we've lost the whole point of the Karoshi Lovers, I'll start a new career as a clairvoyant and magician.
I opened my guitar case, picked up my telecaster and hug it. I hug it hard.
