Thomas swung by the shop today to drop off yet another custom that he had just finished, the good thing this time was that it was for the store. He's been doing a lot of stuff for people lately involving cutting bits out of figures and he said that this was a welcome break for him.

So on the way home from Asda last night I thought I would pop by McD's and get myself a tasty strawberry milkshake, it about the only thing thats good from there, anyways just as I'm leaving the carpark I notice this guy sweeping up the car park and emptying the bins, nothing unusual about that I hear you cry, true. That is until he turns round and I read the lettering on the back of his day-glo jacket, it has the infamous "golden arches" with  " i'm lovin' it "  underneath them then " Litter Patrol". Maybe its just me, or its one of those, you had to be there moments but I couldn't stop laughing then I realised that it was just sick that this poor bastard is picking up crap whilst lovin' it.

You gotta love capitalism.

I should have done this last week but I've been down with the cold and basically couldn't be arsed, anywho's, we have had delivery of the eagerly anticipated Dave White range and it F**king rocks. We got it instore last weekend and it was online by the end of business Saturday. Everyone of the tees is an absolute banger and the quality second to none. The full zip hoods are of the same high standard. Things went so well last weekend that we had to get a re-order sent away at the start of the week as we have sold out of the Jordan I tee already.

So this guy comes into the store yesterday and buy's 2 DIY Munny's, says he customises them for people and the ones he bought yesterday were for someone that wants a Jason Voorhees ( Friday 13th ) but without the mask. Fast forward 24 hours and he comes back into the store this morning, unfortunately for him the guy who wanted the Jason has now backed out, luckily for me he shows me the work he had done on the Munny so far, and it was pretty good I have to say. You know how it goes you get talking, you say it would be good to get something done for the store, he say's it would be a pleasure to do something. I give him a blank Munny and he say's he'll drop it off sometime next week. Not 6 hours later he drops off the stores first customised toy and its class.

So after giving a certain person major hassle for the amount of time they spend on myspace here I am writing this blog. I have thought long and hard about doing this but what is it they say " if you can't beat them...." and trust me I've tried to beat them so here I am. Hopefully I'll manage to maintain this and keep people up to date with what's happening in store but there's no guarantee.
