That's right, we're heading out just not as far as expected!!

We've got new band members: Shawn Lang on Bass and Sean Boudreau on Drums, who are part of our extended family of friends. We'll be bringing along new songs, new recordings as well as new merch. But you can expect the same crazy antics that you'd expect from the band, and then some!

We'll be rocking every night for Nicholas who will going off to war in August. It's really hard to be leaving without him. He is a true friend, a true brother. His contribution to the band has been overwhelming; he gave heart to the songs. We'll also be rocking out for North who is slowly putting the pieces of his life back together. It's not everyone that can make the sacrifices that it takes to play in a touring band but I'm sure everyone can understand that and Pete is the reason Pillory exists and the reason for this tour.

You can expect Nicholas and Pete to be playing a few gigs in July.

We can't wait to see you at the show, we'll play hard and we'll party even harder! The tour dates will be released very shortly!

Edit: Tour cut short since we're late on recording and getting merch.  The unexpected rise in gas prices was also a factor in this decision.  The dates will be released shortly.

It's been a few months, we recorded in April and within a month we sold most of our merch. You've all be so great. But it always seems like things happen so fast, since the demo came out, we've been privileged enough to share the stage with many bands, some of which I now consider friends.

Our Moncton show in May at the paramount with Refusal Code, Black Jacket, and The Embarrassments had to be one of the most dynamic line-up by far. It's always amazing to play with HOPE but having Mute with them was just crazy, much respect to those bands.  We also played a few good shows and awesome parties with Darkness Rites; that party out in Grand Falls was so cool and one for the team has always been great to us and we're expecting on hooking up with them up again for more shows. Huge thanks to Eric Michaud for setting everything up at the last minute, you truly are a bro. The Taberfucks played the black jack but came back and rocked out the casa, it included a lot of drunken fun and nakedness, send us those pictures if you still have them! We also played a really cool acoustic show with Sleep the Season, it was quite the birthday show for Val!  No other way were nice enough to hook us up with a few shows, even if we only ended up playing one, those guys always rock and it was a blast getting shitfaced at O'Brien's, I don't remember much other than trying to get some of the dudes of Ceremonial Snips drunk. Our good friends from With conviction met up with me after our gig in Moncton and we hung out, those guys are fucking awesome, I can't wait for them to come back again. Our last show was last week, Good friends, good times, good fun.  Also, thanks to Vero for helping us out and being such an awesome brew sister.  We would like to give huge thanks to Famous in Selville who have been constantly there, and have charmed us all summer long.

But I'm one anxious dude and it's been a few months and I'm burnt. Also, Nicholas is back at his job and Peter is working full time which means that I'll be writing new material for the next few months. We'll be saving up to record a new album and new merch for our next tour. I'll also be working on a project, isolated in an apartment with my girlfriend in Moncton like a hermit.

We'll miss you but we'll be back in no time!

Oh man, we took three days to record this demo and it's actually more time than we were expecting to put into it.  None of us has a fucking clue how to do sound except for when we practice or play live, recording is whole other thing but we managed to put 8 tracks down on this new release entitled "without refrain".  The demo consists of a collection of songs that were written in the span of a few years and one or two newer ones.

We're taking a few months to tour and write more material.  We'll see you this summer!

Yeah, we're finally on here.  It's about fucking time, eh?

There are a few finishing touches to be made here and there, I have to send the invites and stuff.  Post up some pictures, which should be done by this weekend.

We won't have any tunes up until next month but how about a video?  Next Jam session I'll be making a home movie.. which should be good enough for now.  You'll get the chance to see my overweight self wobbling around.. ah man, winter just gets me fat.
