Alright.  So we all know hindsight is 20/20.  And we got served up a strong lesson last night.

Played a pool gig in Durham under a tent yesterday.  All was going great till the wind suddenly whipped up and the rain came down, and down, and down, and down.   Well the tent wasn't bolted to the deck so it took flight.   We were left trying to get the tarps held down in the bluster.  But a lot of stuff still got soaked.  Not a hundred percent sure but looks like we may have only incurred some minor damage to a couple of stage monitors.

Anyway, like fools we are going out again tonight to play another party in Durham.  This time we are suppose to have a veranda or gazebo or some solid structure that won't get gone with the wind.  What we'll do in the name of music.

I got a call from Wendy today.  Last night she apparently didn't negotiate a curve too well and ended up rolling her new car.  She's OK, and Brandon is OK.  Banged up a bit but if you can walk away from it count your blessings.

Hey all.  We had a great gig last night highlighted by a jam on a riff hand picked off of a Mojo Hand album.  Released in early 90's.  We had the bouncer, the cops, and the rest of the house shakin', rockin' and rollin'.  Super time had by all.

Last minute invite!!!

We just got put on the roster for the Blues bakeoff this Saturday evening at Blue Bayou in Hillsboro, NC.  Winner get's a one way ticket to Memphis, Tn.  to stratocate at the national event.  There will be a lot of burnin' and yearnin' at this jam so be sure to come out and give us the love.
