Jared Leto's erotic weight loss secret. Real or B.S.?

Being a movie star, and singer for 30 Seconds to Mars, has exposed Jared Leto to all manner of esoteric knowledge. For instance, the British press is reporting that Jared has advised actress Sienna Miller on the topic of shedding unwanted pounds. According to the papers, Jared claims to have lost 14 pounds a month by going on an all liquid diet of water and curry powder, and mixing that with lots of sex. Is a steady regimen of sex and water really how Jared stays thin? Or is there another method to his slimness?
