What's the deal!

I've got some good news, and some good news!

The Good News is, I have a new Digital 12" single out produced of course by...well, Me (lol?) featuring East & Silent Knight called "D A M A G E" ! And now...for the Good News... Good Day Or Night To You!

By now, you've probably collected that my name is Dave and I'm a musician of some sort. Well, I will confirm that. I am indeed a musician! Ok, let me stop...here's the deal: I've been getting quite a few messages as of late on purchasing beats. I would like to thank all of those who even take the time to check me out and find something they like! It is much appreciated! Most, if not all the beats uploaded on my streaming player via the profile portion of my MySpace are for sale, if they are not...upon messaging me, I can clarify whether they are or aren't. 2009 brings many new concepts, and ideas for me! I'm constantly learning new techniques and fusing different styles together to form new outcomes, so in the end...I guarantee satisfaction!

Now, time for a Promotion!

Since things have been looking up for me in the Life department, I feel I can give back some. Well, sort of... So, Between March 13th and April 15th, I am selling beats a piece between $100 to $200 dollars! Oh yeah, this is very real!

Why, do you ask? Well...why not? To an extent it may be short selling myself, but...I don't think anyone realizes how Often I make beats! There isn't a day that goes by, in which Fruity Loops is NOT opened! I made a total of 110 beats in the year of 2008 alone! While there were obviously some that were better than others, they were beats none the less! So, believe that 2009-10 will be even MORE productive!

...Plus, I just got an apartment and all so, yeah...(lmao!)

So, lets recap:

Spring is approaching rather swiftly, which means warmer weather, which means more artists releasing more albums, which means more heat is needed, which means I make beats...sometimes with the "B" substituted for an "H" which would mean I make heat... o_o

With that said, this is to say thanks to everyone has smiled in my direction these past couple of months regarding the music!

Production Day! Oh yeah, today is a GLORIOUS day! Today not only marks the day of the DESTROY Photoshoot, My solo album slated for a Summertime release to further heat up those ears of yours...BUT, it also marks the day of...to me, one of the most important games in a long long while. I've been playing Street Fighter for so freaking long that it's sickening! I remember when I was a child, being completely frustrated because I couldn't perform the down forward motion to pull off a hadouken. And now, many many years later...Capcom has finally released it's FOURTH installment in the franchise, celebrating its 20 Years in an industry where 2D Fighting has dwindled more and more.



Thrilla Music Group celebrates this release, and I, Dave...commend Capcom on releasing Street Fighter IV and congratulate them on their 20 year tenure! (applause) ...Now, Onto other news...



Some of you know who The Ripe Kids are, and some of you are still bewildered. This is fine, you shall soon know. The Ripe Kids consist of 2(3) individual specializing in all things visual damn near! Haha, I mean...(in T3 voice)...You want ya' little Photoshop, want ya' little custom Word Press Skin...You want ya' little MySpace Design, or ya' little Photoshoot...website overhaul, they got Alladat! Haha! The dudes are literally amazing, even more amazing would be their age! Super Young! Wtfomgbbq!!1



You may remember The Ripe Kids [TRK] work from the very FIRST Photoshoot we did, around March of last year, basically...Thrilla's Conception (Just Dropped a gem on you guys, looks like you have something to prepare for next month!) Street Fighter IV Releases TODAY: Treat yourself and pick up a copy, with all new focus attacks, a "just defend" type of block system where you can absorb damage to a certain degree a-la- Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike or Garou: Mart Of The Wolves. And even new Ultra Combos, also a sick cast of characters -...well, you get the picture! lol

D E S T R O Y Photoshoot: Yes, good things with that...let's see what we can omit when TRK put their heads together with myself! There will be fun times, we will have a stream up as per Bincent Chase, aswell as *gasp*...VIDEO! Oh yeah, it goes down!

It will all be celebrated with Street Fighter IV in the end...rofl, I'm sorry...I'm stoked! New Information regarding D E S T R O Y! The EP coming, sooner than you think (probably tomorrow)...including the Production Roster (oh yeah, some pretty frickin shweet! dudes) , MAYYYYYYYYBE I'll tell who's Featuring on the album MC wise, lol...we'll see! On That Note...

In all the recent hype with DJ K.O.'s "Best To Do It" Remix contest, I've received some rather good looks. Major MAJOR shouts go to K.O. and the 2DopeBoyz staff for putting on such an entertaining event, and shouts to my fellow producers who put it down aswell! But, one of the most recent good looks has been from, quite possibly this day and ages online Hip-Hop hub; HipHopDX! My many thanks go to the HipHopDX staff for featuring the remix and furthering it's exposure. I am greatly appreciative of it!

"From now on, any messages i recieve on myspace regarding purchasing beats will no longer be answered. If you are serious about working, and have the budget and means to do so, i suggest you and/or your representation find the proper channels to make something happen. If you can't, then I am afraid you are out of luck.

Myspace is flooded with both talent, and bullshit. I refuse to sit here and read all these messages and try to judge on who is legit, and who is not, based on what you have on your myspace page, or any other page for that matter. THERE ARE TOO MANY OF YOU! Everybody is "doing their thing", and "about to blow up", and "about to sign to a major", and "worked with such & such".. i think some of you need a reality check.. the only thing you are about to do is waste your time thinking that you can get a track from me...

well, you can.. if you follow exactly what i said in the previous paragraph ^^^..
