New music by Bryan Rosenbaum

Tuesday, February 19, 2008

In 1999 Contemporary didgeridoo performer and multi instrumentalist Bryan Rosenbaum (aka DJ Redu) created his music career in Los Angeles, making a name for himself in the underground subculture of the Rave and club scene. His unique and versatile style combines live recording and didgeridoo playing. The music is spontaneous and energetic making it the perfect musical compliment for circus and performance art. In 2000 Bryan accompanied recording artist Michael Franti and Spearhead on an adventure around the globe. Bryan and visual performers Magmavox Fire Dancing Crew did countless performances for thousands of people throughout the tour. Bryan now composes and performs with various modern circus acts (in the style of Cirque Du Soliel) at theatrical performances and red carpet parties around the world.

Jon Celentano (saxophone and bass guitar) studied theater and music at the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts in Santa Maria, Ca. and Jazz Performance at Santa Barbara City College. He toured California with different show bands, performing on beachfront stages all along the coast before finally landing back in Santa Barbara. He held down a two year residency playing and singing jazz and blues standards at the Palace Grill, one of the premier supper clubs in the city. In 1999 Jon moved to Las Vegas where, a year later, he and his brother Jeff formed the power pop band Tripsitter. The band's first two CDs were released to critical praise and made several critics year-end Top Ten lists. Tracks from their disc "California Son" are playing now on radio stations across the world. The success of Tripsitter led to a stint performing with founding Beach Boy (and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer) Al Jardine in the Endless Summer Band. Jon can also be found singing really high and playing bass in Good Vibrations: The Ultimate Tribute To The Music Of The Beach Boys.
