Well, we had the show at the frequency... czarbles and zebras both rocked out super hard. We released the live ep and played a madison debut of some new stuff and some rearranged old stuff. If you'd like to pick up a copy give us a buzz and we'll get one to you. Also it looks like we're not going to be playing too much in december because we're going to be finishing the next writing the next record and recording it early July. Thanks to all of you who read these things, it gives me something else to do.
Carl
p.s. If anyone from Killer Dolphin Reads this... the live ep doesn't have high level dungeon but the next record will.

Current mood:  accomplished
So,
We just played three dates out east and two at home. Philly was sleep deprived, the NYC was crazy full of running and Pittsburgh was chilled out. All three were great and the band has come a long way. The other thing that these shows have in common is that our brothers from other mothers aka Consider The Source were on them. After a one day reprieve from their brutal rockitude we got to chill/destroy the Jazz estate (mke) and burn down The Brass Rail (WW). These dudes are on some other shit and plans for a joint tour are in the works. The cc machine is working on some sick new tunes and still fine tuning but we're going to be out in force soon. In the meantime you could help out our friends Justin, John and of course Ol' Gabers with a vote on Fearless Music's site. They're ill shit and you should definitely check it out.
Complexcomplex out.

Current mood:  rejuvenated
As you might know Luke Palmer-former complexcomplex keyboardist extroardinaire had to move to the big apple... tim and I tossed and turned about whether or not the complexcomplex machine was going to keep on ticking. On a chance encounter I talked to a pleasant young man by the name of Isaiah Adams (who to my knowledge only played the saxophone). I said to him, "Hey, if you know any piano players that would be interested in playing in a Jazz-Metal-Fusion-Dubby sort of band let me know." He said "I'd be interested in that." I said "Well we're sort of looking for piano players." He said-"I play piano." I said "Oh! Cool let's get together and see what happens." So we did that- we've played a couple of times the tunes are sounding fresh but familiar and Tim and I are proud to say that tonight at the Jazz estate we have welcomed into our nerdy concept album-y sort of club Isaiah Adams. We can't wait to keep on rehearsing/writing/re-arranging the complexcomplex catalog. We're going to be in whitewater in july and hopefully touring in august. More to come for sure though.
Cheers,
Carl
p.s. Isaiah is sort of a track star at uwm his picture is cute

If you're reading this please go to our top friends and click on Jeff Taylor and give it a listen. This guy is really doing something special and he's super nice to boot. If the radio sounded like this then we wouldn't need myspace because we'd all be so happy to listen to the radio.
thanks,

Pittsburgh was radical.  Thanks so much to the lava lounge for having us and to mello motif for putting us on the bill.  Joe, Jim, John, Luke and Mikey deserve extra thanks for coming out and partying like rockstars.  Anyways, we're of to NYC to play some more music.

Current mood:  excited
Tim and Carl of complexcomplex had the awesome fortune of being able to check out Mark Guiliana of Avishai Cohen/Heernt/Now versus Now renown this friday at C-House in beloit with also super badass Jeff Taylor. The show was unreal and Mark and Jeff were two of the nicest guys ever. There’s alot to be said for two dudes rocking the shit out of the sphincter of wisconsin and complexcomplex is hoping to be able to bring that energy on the timelion tour. Check out Jeff at www.dumpsterhunter.com and check out Mark’s new work with the Avishai Cohen trio... it’s soon to be released.
cc
p.s. Carl would really like to thank his school small group for putting up with this tour and dealing with his uber-emo composition.

Complexcomplex would like to thank the up and under in milwaukee and the brass rail in whitewater for not only giving us a start date in milwaukee but also adding one more day to the timelion tour. We would also like to thank everyone who has helped us put this whole thing together. If you can make it out for one or many dates please do join us. This whole thing is really exciting and we can’t wait to play for everyone of you along the way.

Tonight was our show at the bremen cafe, it was a great night and we enthusiastically thank each and every one of you for coming out. Here comes the night sounded great and playing such an intimate venue was a really great feeling. Hopefully you all heard the songs you wanted to, we had a great time and can't wait to see you again.
