A Festive Hello to everyone...
Soo...for those of you that don't know, every Christmas since 2001 cLuMsY have recorded their own version of a Classic Christmas Song...(except last year, when we wrote our own, obv)...
This year it became problematic due to a certain TV Theme Mega Medley gig and an interfering bout of the flu...but never wanting to disappoint the general public, we worked our arses off to keep up the tradition...
To that end...we bring you our version of WALKING IN THE AIR by a Snowman...(as you've never heard it before)...
Simply view our MySpace Profile to hear/download the song for nothing...
As usual...please let us know what you think. We managed to record the whole song without ANYONE else hearing it 'till it was finished, so err...we've no idea if we did good or not!
CREDITS:
cLuMsY, plus; Alex Fricker (Trumpet) and Liam Treasure (Trombone).
Originally Composed by: Howard Blake. Originally Sang by: Peter Auty (* NOT Aled Jones!!...Aled sang a version for a Toy's R Us advert that was later released as a single, but was nowhere near the original recorded version...although most of you prob already know that)...

Reeet?! Some of you are aware of it...many of you aren't, but cLuMsY have spent much of the last few months embarking on the mission of faithfully recording a non stop medley of our favourite KIDS TV THEMES (*see the full list at the bottom of this page)... Don't ask us why...its mainly because...we can. Anyroad, it features our usual cLuMsY friends in the shape of our Horn Section and Toby 'the keyboard player' Field, plus an impressive range of home made sound effects and voice overs (all acted by us RADA trained boys of course)... The culmination of all this hard work will be a LAUNCH NIGHT in September, where we will attempt to play all 38 minutes of the medley LIVE, at a special 'KIDS TV THEMED NIGHT'!...This will include video projections of classic Kids TV shows, and the opportunity to Dress Up as your all time favourite kids cartoon character...(obv Patch is going as a Care Bear)... We'll also be giving out FREE copies of the Medley on the night and subsequently it will be available to DOWNLOAD for nothing, from a specially designed Kids TV page on our WEBSITE. (I've drawn over 60 characters for it by hand!) Right, we'll be back with more info soon... Peas out for now... Soo... The tradition of Christmas Song's in general, is that they're recorded in the middle of summer, and released in the first few weeks of October...but obv we like to pretend the rules are figments of peoples imaginations...and wrote ours in 6 hours at the end of November, and are releasing it 3 weeks later, in the middle of December... cLuMsY's christmas song tradition, is to get all our mates over...aniebriate them according lee, and rope them into recording a version of a classic christmas song...this year, we decided it was about time we wrote our own (after at least 6 years of covers), and to refine the amount of people involved... To that end, we locked ourselves in our studio for a day (allowing ourselves the luxury of ordering pizza for the first time in god knows how many years)...and a week later, partied like it was November 2007, while our mates attempted to get their heads around the lyrics we'd contrived... The result is...SANTA'S HUNG UP HIS SACK by cLuMsY featuring... cLuMsY plus Vocal Performances by... Greggy T Jonny G Mega Daz Paulo Newsome Big Looee Grimwood Adam Blackbud Newton and... Toby Toblerone Field on Piano Alex Fricker on Trumpet antz on err...writing the Trumpet Solo To hear/download this future Slade-style Christmas Classic, you got 2 options... Go to our MySpace and download it from there Or alternative lee go to the homepage of our website (www.clumsy.info) and CLICK ON THE ENTICING YELLOW XMAS PRESENT in the centre of the screen, and follow the instructions! Let us know what you think!

...cLuMsY cHrIStMaS cHoOn 2006...
Those of you who have known us for awhile (or anyone who read our christmas Blog from last year obv), will be aware of cLuMsY's annual tradition of recording our own version of a popular Christmas Song, on the 21st of November (Siggy's birthday)...The first effort (in 2001), featured just the 3 cLuMsY boys, and one of our mates...As it's popularity grew, however, more and more friends got in on the act, all adding some sort of contribution to the song...usual lee by the way of drunken, out of tune singing...
Last year, we didn't get time to record one, 'cos we were too busy recording our debut album, but now we return with the biggest (but not ness. the best) effort yet...
This year's choice; THE TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS features 17 of our friends, and almost as many instruments...
So, if you wanna subject yourself to it, it's available to download on our Mice Pace Profile (Here), for a limited time (pure lee cos we'll all get bored of it soon)...and then after that, you can get it from our website, which also features efforts from Previous Christmas's's) (cLuMsY Website)...
Here's a full List of all the performers, and the roles they played in the madness...
Joel --> Vocals, Guitar, Ukulele Patch --> Vocals, Bass, Kazoo Siggy --> Vocals, Percussion, Glockenspiel Greggy T --> Vocals, Whistling Matty P --> Vocals, Drums Will --></span> Vocals, Guitar Solo Ad Newts --> Vocals, Stylophone Toby 'The Field' Field --> Lowry Organ Johnny G --> Brian May style Guitar noodles Mega Daz --> Vocals Rob Shaaaarples --> Vocals Big Loooee --> Vocals Nadderz --> Vocals Matt 'Oh Yeeaah' Robinson --> Vocals Liam --> Vocals Soph --> Vocals Madz --> Vocals
