~Yes, I'm re-posting this but guys, these two are dear friends of mine and they're having a really hard time right now. They are basically homeless [kind of]. They have been living with friends for the past God knows how many years and are having the hardest time moving out.

Long story short, for those of you that may or may not know, Bob DeJesus's sister has been battling cancer for 10 years. Over the past couple of months it kinda hit hard which has hindered Bob and Emily from attending conventions---which means money's gotten tight.

This past weekend[back in early July], Bob's sister passed away at the age of 33. That is way too young. Please, if you see them at a convention donate to them or buy stuff from their table-more than likely they're in the Dealer's Room.

Many of you have donated to helping Greg [Ayres] or Chris [Ayres] or even participated in the Silent Auctions hosted by Carrie [Savage].

Guys, Bob and Emily are close friends with the people in the anime industry. Please, if you can toss a couple bucks to you favorite voice actors, please toss some to Bob and Emmy. They're very cool people and they're my Con Parents.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My sweet sweet Emily wants to have a baby, but can't until her and Bob have settled into their own little love nest and become financially stable. Emily has been working her ass off at interviews for God knows how long and always hears that she's a great interview. She just did a group interview recently and had done a presentation. A FREAKIN' PRESENTATION!! I'm not even that determined for a job. xD But alas, she did not get the job.

I think the real kick to the teeth is Emily needs to go to the dentist - she recently broke a tooth and she didn't exactly say she needed to go to the dentist but I'm sure she will. That and her freakin' glasses are broke so it's like a triple whammy. ;-;

So what about Bob? I guess Giselle was the life of the party just like him. Hell, he got all his dirty jokes from her. Emily said she was like the glue that held everyone together. Now Bob...... I'm not gonna go too into details with his ....... personal life or state of mind but that one night changed him completely.

He used to smile a lot and the dirty jokes he'd tell me. OMG!! xDD He's such a sweetheart and now I hear he has done a complete 180. And I guess he won't go to some of the big anime conventions anymore to sell his stuff which is a shame 'cuz that probably helps out tremendously with income.

So if anyone's heard me go on and on about a mini-project, here's what I've been up to.

Okay so I choose a bad pic of Toshiya because I wasn't thinking of the negative space when I printed it out. This is a beta pair of earrings 'cuz I'm wondering if anyone would be interested.

I have plenty of different kinds of bottle caps at home-each bottle cap is wiped clean with rubbing alcohol for sanitation purposes. They are 1" in diameter and I will post pix of different bottle caps this weekend if you are interested in a pair. Please message me with details of what you would like.

The cost for one pair will be $3.50--I may provide some sort of special somewhere down the road. Sounds bad I know but I just wanna see if people are interested in purchasing these first.
EDIT: Please note that a good majority [if not all] profits will go towards material such as printer ink, glossy paper, earring supplies-hoops & hooks, and anything I else may need for this project and any future projects.

I've heard some pretty heartless break-ups in my time and this just goes to show how some people are f**king spineless and avoid confrontation whenever possible!!

There are those [the non-spineless ones] that break up with their lovers either in person or over the phone [kinda cheezy but at least you can talk about it].  And then the spineless ones that don't answer their phones and break-up in a f**king text message.

And if  what I think may have happened, this particular person broke up with my friend over myspace.  Why not go the whole 9 yards and do it over f**king facebook, Gaia Online, or some other lame-@$$ message board?!  Or better yet, do what happened to another friend of mine experienced--her bf broke up with her while they were having intimate relations.

Either way my frustration and anger is useless since I'm just a third party and don't know all of the background, all of the details, and I don't know this person that broke up with my friend.  But I do know that my friend was hurt by the person she loved and trusted more than me and more than anyone else.  And she continued to hurt for a while; yet the one person she loved could have cared less.

What did you get out of it I wonder?  You went on for weeks ignoring her tears, her pain, and her cries out to you.  She refused to break up with you because she truely cared for you.  And yet whenever you uttered those three sacred words, I wonder if you ever meant it.

It's possible you meant it at some point it time, but why string someone's heart along?   You shouldn't have said something you weren't sure you were going to commit to.  I wonder if you ever felt the same about her as she did about you.  You should have stopped as soon as you had doubts about your feelings.

Yes, maybe she jumped the gun.  Yes, maybe she fell in love with you too quickly.  Yes, maybe she was "too" devoted.  But at the same time, she was powerless to stop herself from feeling this way about you.  One of you two should have ended it when you began doubting each other's trust.

A relationship cannot survive being one-sided and one person just committing all their time without getting anything in return.

 

LennLenn forsaw this ending.  In the back of my mind, the possibility of this outcome was there, but I was really praying for some good to become of this short-lived relationship.
