Things are quite busy here at SSR h.q. and we are very excited to announce that we have signed San Diego (by way of El Paso) songstress BLACK MAMBA (aka Aimee Sanchez)! Work is almost finished on a 6 song EP of her particular brand of ethereal piano based dream pop, and we we will be releasing it on 12" vinyl in the early months of 2009. We are very excited to indroduce you to the newest member of the Single Screen family... Cuckoo Chaos. The project is the brainchild of Scott Wheeler (formerly of The Clockwork Army / Calico Horse) and features Jeremy Scott (TVOADW / The Paddle Boat) on drums, Craig Barclift (The Powerchords) on bass, and Jackson Milgaten (TVOADW / The Paddle Boat) playing various instruments. A full length record is nearly completed and will be released on 12" vinyl in the spring of 2009.
