So dating is rough to start. I know that. And removing the whole personal connection you get when meeting someone in person (rather then meeting through the web), makes things tough to get to know someone. I mean when talking to someone in person first you really get to see how they handle themselves in a conversation. You really can see how they look at you while you are talking.. really see if they are for real or just talking out their ass. You can easily see if you find that extra connection that allows you to know if there is a potential for a second date. But now try to get to know someone on a dating level.. while trying to get past the whole internet dating stigma.. only able to share yourself through email. It's tough to be "romantic" via an email. Its tough to show your personality through some text. I try to over come this by writing/sharing/reading/asking question. But the responses I receive from some people are just such a waste.

So it has been a really interesting month since I last wrote. Realizing the potential of my life. Saying goodbye to poor thinking. Saying I am sorry to past heartaches. Seeing that my Year In Review is not really worth writing about. And its up to me to make sure my 2008 Year in Review next Jan is going to be a bit more interesting.

Argh do I hate me. Well.. I don't hate me. But I can say I am somewhat embarrassed of me right now. I turned on my profile within the good old Internet Dating realm again and found it Very hard to answer certain questions right now. Especially with how I present myself within my profile. I always write "Active, outdoorsy, always doing shit." You know what I did yesterday on my day off? I bought video games and had McDonalds. Sooo gooood. And the question "How long have you been single?".. well thats a scary one too.

So I would say the last few weeks has been an amazing experience. I hate to even admit it, but I am Very happy that I went through everything I went through with my EX. I mean at the time your emotions get the best of you, things feel horrible, life is ruined.. you know all that fun break up crap. But if you can get past that, and actually learn from that.. Wow.. what a great feeling.

I am not very good with my weight, eating habits, working out habits. I guess I am like most people and have highs and lows and good times and weak times. I do love to eat, but I love to feel strong and healthy(-ish) MUCH more than I like to feel now. But I have found myself turning back into the "fat kid" once a year? Damn.. Unhealthy much?
